Taking down cement plaster of any description and in any position on brick or stone wall/concrete surfaces on walls ,ceiling etc including raking out joints ,hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc & prepared to receive new plaster complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar on fair faces of stone masonry surfaces , applied in two layers ie. Ist layer of 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6 ) and 2nd ( top ) layer of 5 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4 ) mixed with Water Proofing Compound (WPC) finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed.(Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid seperately as supply only)

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of stone masonry surfaces and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Complete removal of existing treatment on wall (any number of layers ) by scarping with steel scapers or any other mean and applying wall care putty in two layers 2mm thick and making surface even and smooth to receive distemper oil emulsion and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer white or tinted over chalk whiting preparatory to distemper complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -Charge.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in Cement Mortar (1:3) on ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of the newly plastered surfaces of ceiling & applying 3 coats of white wash on ceiling surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old ceiling surfaces and applying one coat of white wash

Preparation of old painted surfaces of wood and wood based material of any description and in any position over 10 cm in width or girth and M&L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Dismantling of existing old roof treatment and M& L water proofing treatment to roofs using 3mm thick APP in following stages :- (a) M & L for applying first coat of bitumen primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.300 Ltr/Sqm over plastered surfaces. (b) Over the primed surfaces applying a tack coat of hot industrial bitumen grade 85/25 applied @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm (c) Over the tack coat applied surfaces applying 3mm thick APP modified polymeric membrane with centre core of Single non woven polyester reinforcement & having weight 3 Kg/Sqm. The APP membrane shall be laid with a side overlap of minimum 75mm & end overlap of minimum 100 mm. (d) Over the dried & cured APP membrane applying two coats of Aluminium paint of approved make all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge. Note : For vertical surfaces like parapets etc n exc 30 cm in height the treatment as specfieid above shall be taken up to the full height & over the width of the parapet wall. Where the height of the vertical surfaces of parapet walls is exceeding 30 cm in height the treatment shall be inserted in the wall at 30 cm height by cutting a groove of size 7.5 cm x 7.5 cm all as specified and directed at site. APP treatment shall be carried out by the authorised applicator of the manufacturer.

M&L for Rendering 10 mm thick of CM 1:4 on concrete roof surfaces and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement complete all as directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately as supply only)

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) remoiving serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises all as directed

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles, joint free, coloured tiles 7mm to 8 mm thick (Square or rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tile laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for ceramic tiles, joint free, coloured tiles 7mm to 8 mm thick as in skirting fixed over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM (1:4), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) coloured tile, area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with tiles, over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles, coloured tiles digital designer series, 450mm x 300mm x 7mm thick on vertical surfaces ie. as in skirting/dado etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tiles, over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar

M&L Granite (of any type) slab work 20mm thick machine cut in floors steps, cooking platforms and like including pointing in white cement (1:2) with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including grinding & polishing over & including screed bed 15mm thick in CM 1:6, cutting recess opening for the sink portion and embedding complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note : No deduction shall be made for opening of sink portion. Cutting of hole for wash hand basin and setting the washhand basin in position shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate)

M&L Granite (of any type) tiles 20mm thick machine cut,in skirting/dado laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete laid over & including 10mm thick backing layer in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as directed.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundations etc. or for shafts, well cess its, manholes, pier holes, etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming excavated soil in layers n exc 25 cm thick back in trenches all as specified and directed at site.

Dismantling of 150mm dia cast iron or reinforced concrete drain pipes, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, if required any description and in any position, including all fittings , heads, shoes, bends, swan necks, etc.(measured overall as fixed along the centre line of pipe, fitting and accessories) Note : Excavation shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

M & L for 60 mm thick M-35 grade machine pressed precast cement concrete interlocking paver blocks rubber moulded & lacquer coated with grey cement mixed with pigment of approved shape & size confirming to IS 15658-2006, laid over a layer of fine sieved sand 50mm thick in patterns all as directed at site. Note : Quoted rate shall inclusive of the sand cushioning layer

S&F in repairs brass chromium plated tubular towel rail, 20 mm dia D type 60 cm long between flanges all as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2, (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate),75 mm thick, as in sub base for floor, finished even and rough complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying clean dry river sand for cable cushioning in trenches to required width at bottom and top of cable including spreading levelling watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed. Note:- For the purpose of payment only punned thickness will be measured.

Removing excavated material soil/spoil to a distance exc. 250 m but n exc. 500 m and depositing where directed

M&L Providing and executing injection/ pressure grouting in cracks in the parent concrete by fixing PVC nipples at 150mm to 200mm distance or specified distance as per design and detailed specifications. Pressure grouting using polymer cement grout as per detail specification shall be done at required pressure etc. complete as per specification and approvals, labour,tools,tackles, scaffolding, etc complete as directed by Engineer in Charge

Removal of existing affected, distressed, loose cover concrete including loose damaged concrete from all structural members upto beyond the corroded steel reinforcements to a depth of 10 mm minimum behind the reinforcement only at affected concrete (Good & sound concrete should not be chipped / damaged) by chisel hammer, pneumatic chippers, making saw cut at periphery to avoid feather edge and removal and disposal of debris at designated location within distance of 2 km including labour, tools, scaffolding, electicity, plant and machineries etc. complete as directed by Engg.in charge. Depth of chiping may vary upto 100 mm.

Cleaning of rust / scales / corrosion from reinforcement bars using rust remover Reebakleens RR of Fosroc or equivalent. The material to be applied to the rusted metal using brush and make leaving to dry for 30 min & washing surface with fresh water as required to exposed reinforcement bars complete as Detail specification.

Providing & applying inhibition coats/system to exposed reinforcement bars after cleaning & removing scales and rust completely as specified in 9.4, Two component inhibitor Nitozinc Primer std. of Fosroc or MasterEmaco P130 of BASF having Mix density of 2.4 and solid content 57(+/-3) Adhesive bond strength > 1.5 N/mm2, 40 microns DFT per coat as approved by Engineer-in-charge shall be used as per manufacturer's specification in two coats including all labours, tools and machineries, plants, scaffolding, necessary surface prepartion and necessary protection after and during work.

Providing and applying bond coat on the prepared surface to receive new polymer mortar / polymer modified concrete, with two components epoxy based bonding coat in one full coat. Laying of reinforecement polymer mortar or micro concrete shall be completed within the overlay time of bonding coat. This coat act as bonding agent between old and new concrete and also acts as 'barrier coat' to the migration of chloride ions from host concrete inclusive of the materials all labour, scaffoling, supervision, tools and tackles and transportation etc. complete all as per specification and as directed.

Providing and Applying single component, shrinkage-compensated, high strength, fibre reinforced, thixotropic cementitious patch repair mortar that achives compressive strength minimum of 15 Mpa at 1 day and 45 Mpa at 28 days such as Renderoc SP40 of Fosroc or Master Emaco S 348 of BASF make, to the prepared concrete area For Thickness upto 50MM, after applying bonding coat (bonding coat shall be included in this item) before the epoxy bonding agent becomes tack free, initially by hand and finally finishing the same with trowel carefully compacting the same around the rebars and fininshing to bring it in line with existing concrete surface on the slabs, beam, piles etc.,m where the thickness of application is less than 60 mm in patches as per specification. Item rate is inclusive of materials all labour, tools and tackes, scaffolding and transportaion etc. complete as per specification and as directed by Engg-in-charge (Payment to be made in Sq.mt for thickness upto 50mm of PMM for patch area repaired)

Drilling holes into existing concrete substrate for anchoring of new rebars with 10 mm dia shear connectors at 0.45 mtr c/c and fixing with Polyster resin based material like Lokfix P of Fosroc or fixing with pure expoxy resin based cartrdge form chemical anchor material Masterflow 935 of BASF as per NF P 18-831 and NF P 18-836.
