BOOK CASE OPEN SMALL (FD-355) Overall size shall be 1230mm long. 300mm wide and 760mm high. All wood shall be of first class hard wood teak . The legs shall be made to shape out of 50mmx100mm teak wood. The legs shall be 100mm high. The two long rails 1230mm long shall be provided for support of body of book case. The two long rails shall be joined with 25mmx50mm stiffeners at 150mm from each end joining the long rails. 19mm thick prelaminated particle board shall be provided at bottom, top, sides shelves and vertical partitions. The back shall be of 6mm thick ply wood commercial. The under side of top, shelves and bottom shall be painted with two coats of white paint over a coat of primer after preparation of surfaces. The fornt edges of sides, shelves, vertical partition and top shall be covered with 3mm thick teak wood edging. All wood and plywood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be French polished with high gloss finish. rest all material and specifications are as per drg.

BATH MAT PVC (FD/E6/MAP/07) DIMENSION :The size of the bath mat shall be 400mm L x 300mm W x 250mm H. DESCRIPTION: The Bath Mat PVC shall be made up of 5mm thick Poly vinyl chloride material .The bath mat shall have centre leg of dia 25mm.The four legs shall be in arc shape with size 10mmx100mm all are internally moulded with 3mmx10mm stiffener with seat in single piece, the edges shall be moulded downward by 15mm out of single piece. Rest all material and specifications are as per drg.

CHAIR DINING OFFICERS (FD/MAP-II/04) Overall size shall be 950mm high,450mm wide and 450mm deep.The size of the legs shall be 35x50mm .Front and side rails shall be of size 25x65mm.Stiifeners of size 20mmx25mm three in nos shall be fixed as specified in drg.75x75x25 teak wood stopper shall be fixed with main frame and legs four nos each in every corner for the support of the cushion and seat ply.75mm thick 40 density cushion of approved foam covered with approved tapestry cloth shall be fixed over 12mm thick ply as specified in drg.Side frame of back of the chair shall be of section 35x50mm..Four teak wood vertical stiffeners of section 15x30mm shall be fixed in back of chair. 25mm dia and 25mm high nylon buffers shall be provided to bottom of all legs.The curved teak wood back shall be of section 25x45mm.All sizes shall be taken as shown on drg. All wood surfaces shall be lacquer polished with high gloss finish of walnut shade.Rest all material and specifications are as per drg.

CHAIR DINING (FD-279) All sizes and dimensions shall be as specified on drawings,Timber shall be well seasoned first class hard wood (Teak wood) MP Teak free from crack and knots throughout,Seat of the chair shall be canned with 2 to 2.5mm wide half round plastic cane and 3 mm wide half round plastic cane on the border shall be provided alround to cover canning holes as per standard Godrej patern,Hard rubber / plastic toes of best quality shall be provided at the bottom of each leg of approved quality,All wooden surfaces shall be olished to glossy finish with lacquar polish finshh after preparing the surfaces Rest all as shown on drg.

CHAIR EASY (FD-229) DIMENSION: Overall size shall be 510 mm , 575mm and 740mm high . DESCRIPTION:- All wood shall be first class teak wood free from knots and cracks well seasoned. Front legs shall be 25mmx55mm in section and 355mm high up to seat level. Rear legs shall be of 25mmx55mm in section and 300mm high up to seat level . Front, back and side rails of seat shall be out of 25mmx50mm in section and made to shape as shown on drawing. front, back and side rails shall join the front and rear legs at 355mm high and 300mm high in rear Teak wood arm rests shall be provided at 190mm above seat level and shall be of 25mmx65mm in section as shown on drawing. Back rest shall be made of frame consisting of top horizontal made to shape as shown on drawing and lower horizontal rail of back rest shall bealso as per Drg .Caning shall be done with plastic cane of 2mm wide and 0.4mm thick half round gola type weighing not less than 6gms in ten running meters. Caning shall be done in Godrej pattern. PVC shoes 25mmx25mm shall be provided at the bottom of all legs. Rest all as per Drg. FINISH:- All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be given high gloss with lacquer finish.

CHAIR COMPUTER (FD/E6/MAP/01) The Base pedestal assembly of chair computer shall be of dia 700mm and 1060mm high .The pedestal assembly shall be provided with injection molded in black 30% glass filled nylon. A 10.5mm dia forged bright Zinc plated MS Castor Pin is of press fitted into each prong for holding the castors. The seat and back of the chair computer shall be made of 12mm thick hot pressed plywood upholstered with fabric and moulded polyurethane foam. The back form shall be designed with contour lumber support for extra comfort with PVC lipping allround.The back rest shall be adjustable and consist of drop lift mechanism and shall be adjusted in the insert .It shall be scratch and weather resistant of black colour. CHAIR CBA STEEL WITH ARMS (FD-75(M)) DIMENSION:Overall size shall be 535mm wide,560mm and 900 mm. DESCRIPTION:Seat shall be 455mm high from floor. Conduit pipe used for frame shall be 25mm dia mild steel tubing having wall thickness 1.6mm Welding of frame where required shall be as directed by GE and in running welding grinded to give smooth surface.The seat and back frame of the chair shall be made up of quality teak wood covers in black polish with polythene cane in godrej pattern .The wooden seat frame shall be further supported by steel strips measuring 19mm x 3mm at the front and the rear and each strip shall be welded to frame.The seat and back shall be fixed by providing suitable nut bolts and washers. Weaving in teak wood seat and back shall be done with plastic cane in godrej pattern. Cane shall be 2mm wide and 0.4mm thick, Gola type weighing not less than 6 gms/10 RM..Bottom of legs shall have PVC toes. Rest all material and specifications are as per drg. FINISH: All iron surfaces exposed to direct view shall be stove enamelled painted with two coats of enamel grey paint over a coat of primer after preparation of steel surfaces. Painting shall be done with spray machine to achieve smooth surfaces.

CHAIR WRITING WITH CUSHIONED SEAT (FD/E6/MAP/12) DIMENSION:The overall size of the chair shall approx be 950mm high,500mmwide and 350mm on top. DESCRIPTION:.The size /dimensions of the chair shall meet the overall specification as described.The frame of the chair shall be of MS tubular frame powder coated ,cantilever type of size 25mmx10mm in section.Back form shall be designed with contoured lumber support for extra comfort.12mm thick hot pressed plywood upholstered with fabric and moulded polyurethane foam with PVC lipping alround shall be provided at seat and back.Arm rest shall be of black integral skin poly urethane with 75-85 shore “A” hardness and reinforced with MS insert.It shall be scratch and wheather resistant.Both hand rest section shall have inner and outer dia of 210mm and 230mm respectively and have slope towards front.Rest all material and specifications are as per drg. FINISH:Pre treated with epoxy powder coated oven baked with black colour

LADDER ALUMINIUM (FD-1025) DIMENSION: Overall size shall be of 2310mm long and 363.5mm wide. DESCRIPTION: The ladder shall be of Aluminium having wall thickness 3.18mm .Each rung shall be of 23mm dia aluminium pipe with wall thickness not less than 2.43mm and shall be eight in nos at equidistant space in between as shown in drg.The stringer of ladder shall be 31.75mm wide and 3.18mm thick .Each alumnium pipe rung of 23 mm dia shall be fitted inside the stringer with end bend to shape and each rung on both sides shall be provided with hard rubber cap. Hard rubber caps/shoes shall be fixed at the ends of aluminium rungs and stringers as shown on drawing with screws. Rest all material and specifications are as shown on drawing

LOCKER STEEL (FD-1029) DIMENSION: Overall size shall be 760mm long, 600mm wide and 1100mm high. DESCRIPTION: The locker shall be made of mild steel sheet 1mm thick.20 mm dia conduit pipe shall be chrome plated with wall thickness of 1.6 mm shall be fixed with side sockets.Two handles chromium plated 100mm long shall be fixed to shutters with necessary riveting . One hasp and staple 75mm long shall also be fixed to shutters with riveting.The left shutters shall be provided with 100mm long tower bolt inside at upper and lower ends also.The locker shall be provided with compartments as shown in drgs made of 1mm MS sheet. FINISH: All steel surface internally and externally, exposed to view when placed in position shall be given two coats of grey paint internally and externally after properly smoothened the surface with sand paper and applying putty. Painting shall be done with spray machine. Rest all specifications and material are as per drg .

BENCH WKSP 1800X900X760 MM STEEL(FD-1024) Over all size shall be of 1800x900x760mm.Four legs shall be of 32mm square mild steel tube of wall thickness 1.6mm.Size of the steel frame shall be 1700mmx800mmx720mm.Legs shall be 720mm high.Top of legs shallbe joined together in long and short sides with 32mm sq mild steel tube ..Two Short stiffeners of 32mm mild sq steel tube shall be provided at 100mm from bottom of legs in short sides.A drawers shall be provided at right hand side of the table with locking arrangement comprises of brass lock of approved make ,the drawer and bearer for drawer shall be made of 1mm thick MS sheet . Hard rubber shoe shall be provided for legs. The top of the table shall be of 40mm thick first class teak wood well seasoned free from knots and cracks and shall be given with three coats of Ist class oil paint over a coat of primer.Two coat synthetic enamel paint colour OG shall be painted over a coat of red oxide primer on steel frame with spray machine. All joints/welding, fixing shall be done in accordance with standard specifications. Rest all as shown on drg.

FORM WITHOUT BACK (FD-1027) DIMENSION:Over all size shall be of 1525x255x450mm. DESCRIPTION:seat shall be of prelaminated particle board exterior grade in one piece and of size 1525mm long 255mm wide and 25 mm thick bolted to frame with 3 mm dia GI nut bolt and washers with standard PVC edging all around.the width is 300mm at bottom and 255 mm at top .Legs shall be 25mm MS tube of wall thickness 1.6mm. Steel frame shall be provided with 25mm square MS tube 16 gauge .All Dimensions, shape and size shall be followed as per drg.Rest all as per Drg FINISH: All wooden expose surfaces shall be french polished two coats after preparation of surfaces and steel portion shall be painted with synthetic enamel black paint with spary machine after a red oxide primer

CHAIR VERNADAH (FD/MAP-II/06) DIMENSION:-The overall size of the chair shall be 455mm wide 455mm deep and 940mm high. DESCRIPTION:- The frame of the chair shall be of 19mm dia MS tube of wall thickness 1.6mm duly powder coated 70 microns by 7 tank process and oven dried . The seat and back of the chair shall be of PVC 4mm of weight not less than 1.85 kgs and grooves 90x10mm ten in nos on seat and back. One stiffener 19mm dia powder coated MS tube shall be provided in between the front legs as shown in drg. Rubber shoes of best quality shall be provided to each end of legs.Rest all specification and material are as per drg. FINISH:-The frame of the chair shall be powder coated 70 microns by 7 tank process and oven dried in white.

CHARPOY WITH HARD TOP (FD/MAP-II/01) DIMENSION: Overall size shall be 1980mm long, 900mm wide and 440mm high. DESCRIPTION: Two long rails and two short rails shall be of 25mmx65mmx16 guage MS rectangular pipe .The legs shall be of size 32mmx32mmx16 guage welded to long and short rails as shown on drg.Two stiffeners of size 25mmx25mmx16 guage shall be provided in equidistant between two opposite long rails. Six number cleat of size 25mmx60mmx6mm shall be welded with frame to support ply. Two stiffeners joining legs of size 25mmx25mmx16 guage shall be provided at 150mm from ground level .12mm thick commercial plywood exterior grade of approved make shall be provided for top as shown on drg with proper nut and bolt .PVC hard rubber shoes shall be fixed at bottom of each legs.Rest all as per Drg. FINISH:All steel surfaces shall be Pre treated with epoxy powder caoted oven baked with black colour.
