Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling of any description and in any position including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and S & F vitrified coloured and printed tiles of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 9 to 10 mm thick as in flooring set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of precast concrete block walling and similar items ie. ashlar facing dressed stone work, precast concrete articles etc.,of any discription and in any position, built in cement mortar, including all quoins, arches and pillars etc. and M & L for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks of PCC (1:5:8) (using 20mm and 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate in the proportion as directed exc 10cm in width and set and jointed in C M 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or conrete surfaces/stone masonary and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position (unreinforced) in ground floors/ paving not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above GL) and disposing rubbish off the premises of cantonment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick, PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregated) as in floor finished to receive floor tiles/ kota stones etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and direccted.

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in plinth protection finishing the surface even and smooth w/o using extra cement including forming & filling expansion joints 65 mm deep x 10 mm wide filled with sealing compound grade A complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing chowkats or frames of any description and in any position from the opening of size not exceeding 1.50 sqm each with shutter i.e. without taking off shutter from the frames complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting holes in brick walls in mud mortar for inserting holdfasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 as required and finishiung the surface to match with existing surfaces complete, as specified, and directed.

M & L for Powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) aluminium sliding window (any suitable track) with aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg / RM including joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, necessary powder coated hardware ie. handles, barrel tower bolts, hinges etc, powder coated aluminum snap beading, screws etc. complete all as specified and directed Note : Panel filling ie. glass, fibre sheet, board, wire mesh etc. shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate items of Sch 'A'.

S & F Aluminium alloy wire cloth, 0.45 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm (weight not less than 600 gms / sqm) and fixed with aluminium wire staples, wooden beads etc complete all as specified and directed

S & F solid PVC door frame of size 50 mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, supplying and fixing in the opening as per the specifications and drawing mentioned in section 8 of SSR-II complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantiling of stone slabs and tiles (Kota stone etc.) of any discription or any thickness in floors, aprons, skirting, dado etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar and M & L for machine cut Kota stone slab 20 mm to 25 mm thick, as in slab/plateform set and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including cutting, rubbing and polishing to give mirror finish complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantiling of stone slabs and tiles (Kota/ Granite stone etc.) of any discription or any thickness in floors, aprons, skirting, dado etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar and M & L Granite slab work 20 to 25mm thick in floors steps, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with granite shade over & including screed bed 15mm thick in CM 1:6 including cutting recess opening for the sink portion and embedding complete all as specified and directed. (Note : No deduction shall be made for opening of sink portion and rate of cutting of hole for wash hand basin and setting the washhand basin in position shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate)

Supply & Laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover type-1 Class IV, size of 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm laid dry in trenches for under groung cable protection complete all as specifed and directed.

M & L for factory made precast machine pressed kerd stones of PCC grade M-15 design mix and of shape and size rected, set jointed and pointed cement and sand mortar 1:4 fixed in repairs with and including necessary excavation and earthwork and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing surfaces including removal of dispodal of rubbish complete all as specified and directed. Sizes shall be as under :- Length (L) not less than 250mm, Height (H) 350mm, Thickness (T) 150mm and radius (R) 75mm.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light,fan,socket or power) complete including fittings and fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody ot for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring for One light/fan/exhaust fan/buzzer point controlled by one,one way switch with using 1.5 Sqmm (nominal sectional area) multi stranded copper conductor, single core, FRLS PVC insulated & unsheathed cable, 1100 volts grade with and including PVC casing and capping/PVC Conduit of adequate size fixed on surface with PVC rawl plugs with and including Wooden Board/sunken type pressed steel terminal boxes of required size of not less than 1.6 mm thick factory made and factory painted with top cover 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet fixed with brass screw and washer with all accessories including single core multi-stranded copper conductor 1.5 sqmm size PVC insulated unsheathed cable as earth wire to common earth and connected to earth dolly drawn in same conduit/casing capping complete for one light/fan/exhaust fan point controlled by one; one way switch. NOTES : Contractor's quoted rates are deemed to be included the following : - (a) Removal of unserviceable / broken parts of fitting, fixing of new parts in replacement to make the fitting serviceable. (c) Contractor shall be paid only one time the labour charges quoted above in Schedule `A' items for a particular fitting repaired irrespective of the number of times labour and resources arranged by him to check the serviceability of the fittings and replacement of unserviceable / defective parts in order to maintain the fittings in serviceable/working condition.
