No advance rent or deposit will be paid by the Govt. as a matter of policy) Definition of Carpet area - Carpet area is the area which is covered but excluding the following portions – Walls and columns, portico, sanitary shafts, stair case, Bon louvers, lift wells, Air conditioning duct, Balcony, portion below windowsill, lofts, parking area etc. All municipal taxes, cess, or any other tax applicable are to be borne by landlord. The electricity and water bills, as per actual consumption to be borne by the Department.
