MFV MATSYA DRUSHTI SR 22028/132/133/431/432/433/434/435/625/626/627/722/724/725 Main Refrigeration system, Air Conditioning Plant and Provision Store & Refrigeration Plant works

Main Refrigeration system: The following repair works are to be carried out on the main Refrigeration system and satisfactory trials to be showned to shipstaff and class surveyor. All materials and consumables like brazing electrodes, blanks, neoprene joints, valve parts, machining works, wrapping sheets, washers , ss fasteners(ss304),R-22 and nitrogen gas are procure, supply and fitment in contractor scope. all machining works,welding and brazing works are in contractor B7scope. a) Available R-22 gas is to be removed and stored properly in empty bottels.(empty bottles in contractor scope) b)The rusted pipes are to be renewed.Renewal of 50mm dia CS sch80 pipe -20 mtrs(supply of piping material in HSL scope) c) Pressure relief valves (6 Nos) are to be serviced and certified and certificate to be handed over ships staff. d) 01 No additional of valve to be provided at the outlet of the Receiver.(all materials are in contractor scope) e) Drier to be renewed- 01 no (all materials are in contractor scope) f) Gas line valves 21 nos, Angle valves 07 nos and gas charging valve-1 no, valves to be serviced. g) Gas charging pipeline to be modified and Renewed, 40mm dia CS sch80 pipe (supply of piping material in HSL scope) h) The whole system is to be pressure tested with nitrogen gas (25 Kg/cm2) for high pressure side and (15 Kg/cm2) for low pressure side.(nitrogen gas supply in contractor scope) i) Vacuum test to be carried out and proved for 12 Hrs. j) 360 kgs of R-22 gas to be charged and plant to be commissioned. (Gas Supply in contractor scope) k) Alarm is to be provided in case of condenser pump malfunction.(Alarm Supply in contractor scope) l) Checking of all instrumentaion i.e expansion valves, solinoid valves, controls, pressure switches etc m) Freezer Room,all perished evaporator coils and pipes are to be renewed, 50 mm dia GI pipe-250 mtrs approx. (supply of piping material in HSL scope) n ) Temperature sensor is not working and to be rectified. o) Pre – Cooling room solenoid and Expansion valve are to be serviced.

Air Conditioning Plant: The following repair works are to be carried out on Air Conditioning Plant and satisfactory trials to be showned to shipstaff and class surveyor. All materials and consumables like brazing electrodes, blanks, neoprene joints, valve parts, machining works, wrapping sheets, washers ,ss fasteners(ss304),copper pipes,ss sheets,ceaning chemicals,R- 22 and nitrogen gas are procure, supply and fitment in contractor scope. all machining works,welding and brazing works are in contractor scope. a) Available R-22 gas is to be removed and stored properly in empty bottels.(empty bottles in contractor scope). b) Liquid line sight glass to be removed, cleaned and fitted back. c) Condenser to be taken out from the foundation and broken studs on the condenser body to be removed and replaced with new SS studs and SS Nuts. The end covers to be fitted properly. The condenser should be chemically cleaned and pittings on the core to be filled with the suitable material.(all materials are in contractor scope) d) Temperature sensor (Eelctrical) is not working and to be made operational. e) AHU unit panel box side door and covers are to be renewed with SS material (all materials are in contractor scope) f) Blower fan to be balanced and motor alignment to be carried out. (Blower making abnormal Noise) g) Evaporator coil to be cleaned chemically. h) 01 No pressure relief valve to be serviced. i) Compressor to be renewed and necessary modifications for the foundation and renewal of copper pipe( 25 mm dia and 50 mm dia ) to be made for the compressor installation.(Compressor Ship’s Supply) (supply of all copper pipes and materials are in contractor scope) j) System to be pressure tested with 20 Kg/ Cm2 on high pressure side, 10 Kg/ Cm2 on low pressure side, 10 kg/cm2 for compressor and to be proved for 12 hours.(nitrogen gas supply in contractor scope) k) Vacuum test to be carried out and proved for 12 Hours. l) 15 Kg of R-22 gas to be charged and plant to be commissioned. (Gas Supply in contractor scope)

Provision Store Refrigeration Plant The following repair works are to be carried out on Provision Store Refrigeration Plant and satisfactory trials to be showned to shipstaff and class surveyor.All materials and consumables like brazing electrodes, blanks, neoprene joints, valve parts, machining works, wrapping sheets, washers ,ss fasteners(ss304),copper pipes,new valves,ceaning chemicals, R-22 and nitrogen gas are procure, supply and fitment in contractor scope. all machining works,welding and brazing works are in contractor scope. a) Available R-22 gas is to be removed and stored properly in empty bottels.(empty bottles in contractor scope) b) One number compressor is not working and to be renewed. Existing compressor not overhauled since commissioning.(Compressor Ship’s Supply).all necessary modifications for the foundation and renewal of copper pipes to be made for the compressor installation.(supply of all copper pipes and materials are in contractor scope) c) Condenser body is having deep pitting and same to be renewed with necessary foundations and pipes modifications. (Condenser ship’s supply)(supply of all copper pipes and materials are in contractor scope) d) Evaporator coils (2 Nos) are to be cleaned with chemical and blower fans (2Nos) are to be serviced. e) Liquid line sight glass is to be removed, cleaned and fitted back with new O ring/gasket. d) 01 No additional of valve to be provided at the outlet of the Receiver. (all materials are in contractor scope) g) Angle valves (9 Nos) and pressure relief valve (01 No) are to be serviced h) Angle valves (9 Nos) and pressure relief valve (01 No) are to be renewed (valves supply in contractor scope) i) System to be pressure tested high pressure side – 20 Kg/ Cm2 low pressure side - 10 Kg/ Cm2 and compressor - 10 Kg/ Cm2 and proved for 12 hours .(nitrogen gas supply in contractor scope) j) Vacuum test to be carried out and proved for 12 hrs. k) 05 kg of R-22 gas to be charged and plant to be commissioned.(R-22 gas supply in contractor scope)
