Excavation in trenches in soft / loose soil not exceeting 1.5 Mtr wide and not exceding 1.5 Mtr in depth and getting out for taking out / laying of cables, erection of poles / strut / stays etc and not exceeding 10 sqm on plan complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in the soft / loose soil including spreading, levelling, watering and ramming in layers not exc. 25 cms complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soft / loose soil) not exceeding 50 Mtr away and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning in cable trenches over & under the cables, with river washed coarse sand, as per standard practice with proper compaction complete all as specified and directed. (Punned thickness 18 cm shall be considered for payment as per para 19.75 of SSR Part-I).

Supply and fix precast concrete cable covers class LV type 1, flat size 250 x 150 x 40 mm M-20 grade concrete for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting, taking out, removing u/g cable and PCC cable covers and Supply and fix and jointing and connecting XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade of the following cross sectional area 6 Sqmm 2 Core complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Excavation, earth work, sand coushioning, precast cable cover etc shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate items of Sch 'A').

Dismantlling old ACSR conductor of any size from the poles of any size and type and Supplying, fixing, jointing, connecting and testing ACSR conductor of any size, any type as per the existing size and type and stringing the same properly on the insulators and binding with the aluminium wire, connectors, jumpers etc on pole and properly stretched complete all as specified and directed. Note :- 3 % sag between two adjacent poles shall be added at the time of measurment and payment to the contractor of this item.complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, fixing, connecting & testing 1100 Volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner shaething of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended be insulating hangers not more than 1 mtr apart including 4 mm suspension wire, one twin core flat cable of size 6 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of insulator any type and size and removing from site complete all as directed by the Eng-in-charge.

Material and labour in replacement for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X 6mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meter below ground level) connected to GI earth strip 32 mm x 6mm (main earthing lead) by means of galvanized bolts, nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate no 3 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009) with connected to earth test point & to main switch board etc with & including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt all around earth plate, test point of phosphorous bronze / gun metal of size 75 mmx 75 mm x25 mm, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded black trap/granite/Basalt stone aggregate) for earth pit with 40 x 40 x 6mm mild steel angle iron frame for cover, pre cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded black trap/granite/Basalt stone aggregate) 40mm thick cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 3 Nos both way with 12mm dia round bar handle, GI medium grade watering pipe 15 mm dia with funnel and wire mesh, and 40 mm dia GI medium grade earth lead protection pipe, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : Earth strip and its protection pipe upto and including 7.5 mtr only from the top of earth electrode are included under this item and additional earth strip/protection pipe etc.

Trimming / cutting of the tree branches / bushes which falls within a clear distance of 3 metre from all sides from the HT / LT over head conductor & within line of conductors, and shifting waste to nearby waste depot & cleaning the area complete all as specified and directed.

S &F for Shackle Type, 75mm height and 90mm dia, Porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including galvanised mild steel straps 31mm x 3mm, washers, insulator bolts 12mm dia with suitable washers and nuts for working pressure 1100 Volts grade, fixed on LT lines poles etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable stay assembly and Supply and Fixing Stay Assembly complete with all accessories as shwon in electrical Plate No. 01 of SSR Part-I, 2009 using stay rod 16mm dia including Stay wire complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Excavation, earth work, foundation concrete, loop insulator, stay clamps for the new stay shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this schedule.

Material and labour for cross arms, bracings, supports clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparing the surface all as specified and as directed.

M&F for Fuse Wire (Tinned copper Wire) of not more than 18SWG (1.22 mm dia) for use in semi enclosed fuses for not more than 65 Amps fo current rating complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, installing, commissioning and testing of water cooler fully stainless steel electric driven single phase having storage capacity of 80 Ltrs (Approximately) and nominal cooling capacity 40 Ltrs per hour complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Blue Star / Voltas

M & L for Sub main wiring with 2 runs of PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded single core copper conducter 2.5 Sqmm drawn through PVC conduit/casing capping including accessaries with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated earth wire fixed to the existing wall with saddles, screws etc after removing the unserviceable wiring and connecting up complete all as specified and directed. Note- Two run of wire 2.5 Sqmm and one run of wire 1.5 sqmm and one run of PVC casing caping 25mm dia will be measured as one length.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Electric water Heater storage of capacity 25 Litres electrically operated on 230V 50Hz, BEE 5 Star rated including connecting PVC connection pipe to inlet and outlet valve complete all as specified and as directed.
