Supply and fix Isolation transformer 01 KVA, single phase, 50 Hz, Copper wound, air cooled, class of insulation A, metallic body duly powder coated designed for input Voltage range 240+-5% and output voltage range 240+-5%, Ratio 1:1, Vector Group :Dyn 11, Delta- star, indoor IP 42 efficiency more than 95%, separate neutral bushing shall be brought out for earthing. Potential difference between neutral to earth less than one volt with all standard fittings like digital temperature meter, adequate number of cooling radiators, lifting hooks one set, Earthing terminal two nos complete with Over load /short circuit protection complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Earthing of machinery/equipment Installed at power house/substation, by using 20 x 3 mm copper strip and copper plate of size 600x600x3.15 mm, as earth electrode (For Isolation Transformer and voltage stablizer) complete all as specified & directed.

M & L Earthing complete with Copper earth plate electrode 60x60cm x 3.15 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to Copper lead strip 20x3 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel including provn of GI protection pipe light grade of 25 mm bore and connected to earth strip earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I 2009 and as specified or indicated and testing on completion including necessary excavation & earthwork in any type of soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 chamber, precast slab 50mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (XPM) of weight not less than 4kg/sqm) with frame, funnel with watering pipe of 15mm bore medium grade, wire mesh and lugs, test point including salt, Coal etc. complete. Note: copper strip exceeding 7.5m long shall be measured & paid separately.The earth resistance value less than 3 ohm.Failing to achieve the value the contractor shall be re do the earthing without any extra cost.

M&L for chemical earthing complete with Copper earth plate electrode 90cmx60cm x 5 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to depth not less than 3.00 mtr below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to and including Copper strip of 32x6mm as earth lead up to 7.5 mtr long fixed by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers etc. of galvanised iron or steel including provn of GI protection pipe light grade of 40mm bore and connected to earth strip earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No.5 of SSR Part-I 2009 and as specified or indicated and testing on completion including necessary excavation & earthwork in any type of soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 chamber, precast slab 50mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (XPM) of weight not less than 4kg/sqm) with frame, funnel with watering pipe of 15mm bore medium grade, wire mesh and lugs, test point including salt, Coal & Magnesium sulphate etc. complete. M & L for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 32 x 6 mm GI strip with PVC sleeve and welding at joint complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 32 x 6 mm copper strip with PVC sleeve and brazing/ Gas welding at joint complete all as specified & directed.
