Taking down cement plaster on brick, PCC block or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. and removing rubbish outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement sand mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work, PCC block masonry or concrete surfaces, mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note:- Supply only Integral water proofing compound will be measured and paid seperately)

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix GI wire netting 0.90mm dia and 12mm mesh lathing to wood or metal studding, joists, etc. in walls, ceilings, stanchions, beams, etc. including all laps, cutting and waste complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for crack repairing in walls & similar surfaces for cracks n exc 5mm wide using crack filling material of Dr fixit crack-x or equivalent with average coverage of 25-30 Rm per kg for a depth of 5mm & width of 5mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for preparation of new or previously untreated concrete or PCC block masonry external surfaces and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint first qaulity (in camouflage pattern as approved by the GE) over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for complete removal of existing treatment & preparation of old decorated roof top surfaces, plinth/hardstanding, track etc by vaccum based sanding machine and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint first qaulity over one coat of primer in camouflage pattern as approved by the GE, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for complete removal of existing treatment & preparation of plastered or unplastered old decorated external surfaces of walls by vaccum based sanding machine and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint first qaulity over coat of primer in camouflage pattern as approved by the GE, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for preparation of plastered or unplastered old decorated external surfaces of walls by vaccum based sanding machine and applying one coat of exterior emulsion paint first qaulity in camouflage pattern as approved by the GE, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material & labour for preparation of old painted sufaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint first qaulity on steel and iron surfaces on roof coverings and steel surface in camouflage pattern (as approved by GE), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for preparation of old painted sufaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint first qaulity on steel and iron surfaces on roof coverings and steel surface in camouflage pattern (as approved by GE), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for writing letters or figures (block roman) italic or indian not exceeding 30 cm high and 3 cm width in width complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for writing stops, commas, shots lines, dashens, brackets etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
