STAGE 1 Review of system status, provide trainings to newly joined KHRI staffs, and upgrade gaps if found during the first year, including assistance for the preparation of Manual, Procedures, Forms and Formats, submission of Renewal Audit application in the year 2024 by incorporating scope expansion if any, and facilitate in completing the audit successfully by closing all the non-conformities STAGE 2 Review of system status, provide trainings to KHRI staffs, and upgrade gaps if found during the second year including assistance for the preparation of Forms and Formats and submission of application for Surveillance audit in the year 2025 by incorporating scope expansion if any, and facilitate in completing the audit successfully by closing all the non-conformities STAGE 3 Review of system status, provide trainings to newly joined KHRI staffs, and upgrade gaps if found during the third year, including assistance for the preparation of Forms and Formats, submission of Renewal Audit application in the year 2026 by incorporating scope expansion if any, and facilitate in completing the audit successfully by closing all the non-conformities STAGE 4 Review of system status, provide trainings to newly joined KHRI staffs, and upgrade gaps if found during the fourth year including assistance for the preparation of Forms and Formats and submission of application for Desktop Surveillance audit in the year 2027 by incorporating scope expansion if any, and facilitate in completing the audit successfully by closing all the non-conformities
