PART A-ONLINE MAINTENANCE OF VALVES Valves application: Natural gas Valve Types: Ball Valve, Plug Valve Cleaning, greasing, leak testing from stem & other parts of valves, flushing & injection of sealant as per requirement, gear box maintenance, checking of actuator valves oil level & top up as per requirement, Hydraulic operation on close & open, smoothness of hydraulic operation, seat test of ball valve etc. Apart from above, any other job required for trouble free & smooth operation of valves shall be done by the contractor Contractor shall bring all non-sparking and general tools & tackles, consumables like grease, gland packing etc. including high pressure hydraulic sealant gun required during maintenance. Sealant gun used by the contractor shall be of appropriate design & of compatible make for each type of valve. all works in line with SCC & Scope of Work shall be performed by contractor and only rate quoted against each SOR is payable and quoted rates shall be included all expenses whatsoever in nature required to perform the maintenance work in totality

PART B-REPAIR/REFURBISHMENTS OF VALVES Repair/refurbishment of valves as per scope of work and SCC Part B Valves application: Natural gas Valve Types: Ball Valve, Plug Valve, check valve Removal of valve from line, transportation of valves to contractor workshop, Dismantling of valves for Inspection of components, Cleaning, Polishing, Machining, Lapping, Replacing of all soft seals, Gaskets, O Rings & Gland Packing, Assembly & Painting, Repairing/ Servicing of gear Box, Testing of valve as per applicable standard in presence of GAIL representative. Installation of valve at its original location. Supply of all spares and consumables required for refurbishment of the valves is in contractor scope Contractor shall have fully equipped workshop facility for performing refurbishment and testing of the valves and any specific facility required for completing the unique job shall be outsourced cost of such outsourcing shall be included in quoted SOR all works in line with SCC & Scope of Work shall be performed by contractor and only rate quoted against each SOR is payable and quoted rates shall be included all expenses whatsoever in nature required to perform the maintenance work in totality
