Consultancy services for Survey, Investigation, Detailed Designs, Drawings, Preparation of Estimates for Amasebailu Lift Irrigation and Madamakki Lift Irrigation Schemes for Construction of Barrage and Lifting water from Varahi River for providing Irrigation facility to lands in Amasebailu, Hengavalli, Rattadi, Macchattu, Madamakki, Shedimane, Belve and Hiliyana Villages in Kundapur Taluk of Kundapur Vidanasabha Constituency of Udupi District.

The bidder should also furnish the list of works on hand with all details such as bid cost, date of entrustment, stipulated date of completion, actual date of completion, completed cost of work, latest status of work etc

The intending bidder should have in last five years i.e., from 2020-21 to 2024-25 satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of the contract value) as a prime contractor at least one similar nature of work such as (Consultancy work for Providing Lift irrigation atchkat not less than 700.00 Hectare) of value not less than 50% of the estimate value of amount put to tender i.e., Rs.30.00 Lakhs. The Work done certificates obtained from the officer not below rank of Executive Engineer should be uploaded. The work done value of the previous year shall be updated to present price level of 2025-26 at 10% per annum

The intending bidder should have prepared DPR of Lift Irrigation Works/Barrages having length of Raising main/ Gravity main & Feeder Mains & Sub Mains /pressure distribution of 28.0 Km, static head of 58 m, Discharge not less than 1.25 Cumecs and Construction costing not less than Rs 50.00 Crores.

Liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs.18.00 Lakhs for the work for meeting the fund requirements etc. The Consultant/contractor should upload the necessary documents issued by the banks

The annual turnover of intending bidder shall not be less than the amount put to tender i.e., Rs.60.00 Lakhs in any two financial years during the last 5 years i.e, from 2020-21 to 2024-25 (in all Classes of Civil Engineering Consultancy works only). The audit Profit and Loss account certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant duly showing with UDIN i.e (Unique Document Identification Number) along with income tax return filed should be uploaded. The turnover of previous years will be updated to the present value of the year 2025-26 giving weightage of 10% for each previous year turnover value
