Taking down copper/aluminum point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete and including fitting and fixture such as switches, socket,ceiling rose ,pendent ,regulators,light fittings etc complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- Job including for taking out old gutties, screw, nails, casing caping / conduit etc and making good to disturbed surface of wall ,floor etc including to match with the existing surface.

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 sqmm FRLSH single core PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 V grade with multistranded copper conductor drawn through PVC casing and capping with all accessories fixed to wall /roofs ceiling etc and incl provision of 1.5 sq mm PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor FRLSH as earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly including PVC box ISI marked of suitable size for mounting the switches , socket outlets , fan regulators etc complete all as s specified and directed for the following :-

One light/Fan point controlled by one switch.

One socket 3 pin outlet 5 amp on independent board.

One light point controlled by two 2-way switches.

One 3 pin socket outlet 5 amp on the same board with other switches.

One bell/buzzer point controlled by one push button on the same board with other switches or independent with cable 1.5 sq mm size

All as per item No 2 above but with copper conductor cable of 2.5Sqmm size for one 3 pin socket outlet 15 amp independent board with cable 2.5 sq mm copper cable as earth continuity conductor complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of LED Post top lantern warm white 45watt made in die cast aluminium housing with decorative clear opal acrylic diffuser and IP 65 protection, including provision of suitable size of GI pipe medium grade and suitable length as required on the site fifed on the existing pillers by welding of four Nos of leg and fixed by using fastner and nut and bolts and neccessary connection with suitable twin core copper cable multistranded 1100 volt grade, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of 9 Watt LED bolard in rectangular shaped victorian design with opal acrylic diffuser and IP 65 protection,including PCC work for mounting the fittings with suitable size of nut,bolts and connection with two core Copper cable 4sqmm complet all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of 30W LED recessed 2x2 luminaire fixed in the existing Ciling/roofs white powder coated CRCA housing with LED seanless front frame with flat white transmission acrylic cover and necessary connection with twin core copper cable of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement sub main wiring drawing through and including PVC casing caping 32 mm size of size with all fittings two run of single core 6 sq mm FRLSH single core PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 V grade with multistranded copper conductor and one run of 6 sq mm FRLSH as earth wire of multistranded copper conductor PVC insulated and unsheathed cable of 1100 volts grade including taking down old unserviceable sub main wire any size with casing caping/conduit and all accessories complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Three runs of cable, one run of casing & caping shall be measured as one unit.

Note: Three runs of cable, one run of casing & caping shall be measured as one unit.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized GI earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6.00 mm, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nut and galvanized iron or steel including earth work in any type of soil, charcoal salt 15 cm around the earth plate as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part1991,20 mm dia watering pipe medium grade 1.50 mtr long GI protection pipe light grade 15 mm dia from earth pit to main board (NOTE:- maximum length of GI protection pipe with each earth shall not be less than 7.5 mtrs) including necessary pit with cover , including testing on complition.

Checking and attending complaints by means of repairing/rectifying the electric defects/faults related to elctrical equipments,devices,accessories and fixtures maintained by MES .Tightening the loose connections complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1 The electrician deployed by the contractor shall have ITI /05 years expreince certificate in concerned trade.Helper deployed shall be min 8th pass with min 03 years expriance in relevant trade. 2. This item covers only cost of labour for attending complaint and taking down of old material. 3. Item to be replaced under this item shall be either isued free for fixing under schedule 'B'or shall be contractor supply under respective items of this schedule as decided by Enge-in -charge.Decision of GE in this regard shall be firm and binding. 4. Complaints noted'' NO Light'' shall be attended imediately up to 2200 hrs without fail,failing which recovery of Rs.120/ per complaint shall be effected from the RARs/ F Bill. 5. Minor items as PVC wire of any size as per requirement up to 1.0m length,thimble,electric tape etc shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate of this items. 6.The complaints shall be attended & defects shall be rectified within 08 hrs commencing from date and time of notifying the complaint slip failing which a penalty @ Rs.120 per complaint per day shall be leived/imposed on the contractor and recovery shall be made from his dues. 7. Contracror shall arrange suitable T&P incl necessary means of transport, ladder and safety measures to make it functional complete all as specified and directed. 8. Contractor or his rep will report daily at complaint cell for collection of complaints fromthe concerned JE's incharge,in case after checking& attending the defects, if it is not possible to rectfy the defects within 08 hrs, the facts shall be brought to the notice of Engeer in charge by the contractor/his rep immediately. If Engr -in -chargr is satisfied with contractor's view, no recovery will be made on this account. 9. Number of complaints attend at one location will be consider in one job only. i.e In each complaint for one location will be measured in one job only.
