PROVN OF 11 KVA RMUS FOR IMPROVEMENT TO 11 KV ELECTRIC INFRASTRUCTURE OF TWO POLE/FOUR POLE STRUCTURE AT AF STATION NALIYA

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 11 KV, 630 Amps, Extensible outdoor fixed type (IP54), RMU (Ring main unit) comprising of 03 Nos. 630 Amps motorised fixed-type Vacuum Circuit Breaker, inside robotically welded stainless steel 304 (Non Ferrite Non Magnetic Grade) tank having min thickness 3+0.5 mm with IP 67 Degree of Protection and enhanced BIL of 125k Vp internally to manage voltage surges and Air insulated Metering Module of Class-1. RMU should be provided with internal bus bars, as well as earthing bus bars of electrolytic grade copper, padlock provisions & complete with all accessories. The RMU shall be type tested for internal arc test of 21 kA/1 sec as per IEC62271-200. RMU shall have on-site-repairability features such as site replaceable busing/ coupling/ mechanism and gas refilling at site. The earthing busbar shall be provided inside each cable compartment for solid earthing of Cables shields. The outer hinged main door should cover entire front of switchgear including cable doors for providing fail-safe protection. The unit shall include the following with all necessary standard fitting as required at site (Make :ABB/Siemens/Schneider/CG)

(A) 1 No. VCB module consisting of following accessories :- (a) 11 KV, 630A fixed-type Vacuum Circuit Breaker module for making and breaking of fault current along with disconnector+Earth Switch of full making capacity, Short time current - 21 KA/3 Sec, Making Cap - 52kAp Stored Energy mechanism for motorised operation, associated closing/ tripping coils, integrated non-removable spring-charging operating handle and ON/OFF push buttons mechanically latched to the mechanism interlocked, arc-proof Cable box for front termination of the cable suitable upto 3 core 300 Sqmm, 11 KV XLPE cable with double-door arrangement (IP 54+IP3X) safety interlocked to prevent access to cable termination in live-condition. Right angle boots (Push on type), Numerical based self-powered OC+EF Protection Relay, providing Over Current (min setting 20%), Earth-Fault (min. setting : 10%). (b) 03 Nos CT for protection, Secondary of 1A, Burden-2.5VA, epoxy insulated, Ring Core CTs protection (Acc CI.5P10), installed away from bushing to prevent saturation of core. (c) 03 Nos CT for metering, Secondary of 1A, Burdent-2.5VA, epoxy insulated, Ring Core CTs for protection (Acc. Cl.1), installed away from bushing to prevent saturation of core. (d) Suitable site replaceable Cable bushing situated not beyond 300mm from cable-cover to allow ease of access for installation/testing/ replacement purposes. (e) Arc proof cable covers with self interlocking mechanism between doors, earth switch, disconnector & VCB. (f) Capacitive voltage indication fixed type system.

All as per item No 1 above but, having 4 Nos of VCBs 11 KV including all accessories of rating 630 Aps

Supply and laying in repair in trenches / duct passing through pipe / duct or fixed on pole and connecting and testing XLPE insulated, PVC inner sheathed, armoured with galvanised steel strip or wire, heavy duty, HT underground cable, earthed type ISI marked with aluminium multistranded conductor 11000 volt grade of size 120 Sqmm 3 core etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 100mm bore GI tubing light grade including all fittings, laid in trenches, fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors for cable protection including taking out old/existing pipes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M & L for Boring of holes under road railway crossing / taxi track / road pavement hard standing pavement by trenchless technology in any type of starta using latest technique and necessary machinery and including provision of laying / insertion of GI pipe light grade ISI Marked of 100mm dia complete all as specifed and directed by Engr in charge.

M & L for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 3.15 mm as earthing lead burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below ground level connected to and including copper strips of size 20 x 3 mm by means of bolts,nuts, check nuts and washer etc made of galvanised iron and connected to earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No.5 of SSR Part I 2009 and as specified or indicated and testing on completion including excavation/earth work in any type of strata, charcoal, rock salt, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 earthing chamber, precast RCC slab 50 mm thick in reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (XPM weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm), cast iron frame, funnel with wire mesh, 20 mm bore medium grade GI watering pipe, lugs, 15 mm bore medium grade GI protection pipe, test point etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note: 1. Copper earth strip and GI protection pipe up to length 7.5m shall deemed to be included in rate of above item. 2. Charcoal dust and common salt shall be filled in layers of 15 cm all around the earth plate. 3. Copper strip will be connected to test point through plinth protection necessary cost of repair to plinth protection/hard standing, brazing and welding deemed to be included in the item rate. 4. On completion of earth resistance test to be carried out. If desired value of resistance not obtained, the earthing will be re-done by contractor without any extra cost.

S & F danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enameled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. Clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT 25x20cm size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in deptch and getting out in soft/loose soil, for under ground electric cable, pipes etc. all as directed and specified. (Note : Authorised width & depth shall only be excavated, measured and paid as specified in clause 3:2:3 of SSR Pt II )

Returning filling in soil including spreading leveling watering & well ramming in layers n.exc. 25 cm thick each in soft loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing clean dry sand as in cushioning to under ground cable including punning of sand, laid in layer in trenches all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge. Note: For measurement purpose punned thickness of sand will be considered.

Supply and Lay in repairs factory made un reinforced precast concrete cable cover HV Type I with flat size 300mm X 180mm X 40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply fabricate, testing and commissioning of factory made HT outdoor distribution panel board double door of size 1000mm x 1000mm x 600mm including locking arrangement cubical type dust proof, weather proof, vermin proof aesthetical designed, IP 54 degree of ingress protection, CPRI approved, fabricated from 3mm thick CRCA sheet with front and rear opening including bus bar chamber, including bus bar chamber, 3 strips of copper bus bar of 400 Amps current carrying capacity insulated with colour sleeves, porcelain/epoxy insulators, rail channel, cable entry, danger notice plate of 11000 Volt made out of 14 gauge MS sheet over angle iron frame of size 50x50x6mm and 60cm grouted in ground and 60cm above GL including necessary excavation, foundation, PCC etc. complete duly powder coated of approved colour all as specified and directed by Engr- In- Charge. Make: ABB/Schneider/L&T/Havells/C&S/Standard or equivalent as approved by GE.

Dismantling air break gang operated switches vertical/horizontal mounted including insulators and operating mechanism for repair/replacement of broken/worn out components and insulators etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr- In- Charge.

Dismantling Cross Arms any size and type complete all as specified and directed by Engr- In- Charge.

Dismantling concrete poles/struts, any size complete all as specified and directed by Engr- In- Charge.

Dismantling stay assembly including demoliton of concrete etc. complete all as directed by Engr- In- Charge.
