Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in hard/dense soil, each not exc 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers n.exc 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 Mtr and making good surface all as specified and directed.

M&L for hard core of gauge not exc. 63mm deposited spread and levelled in layers not exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded agg) for columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F structural steel angle iron as posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riverting, etc, and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel flat iron of size 40 x 6mm in available length as diercted complete conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 10mm dia mild steel round bars as line wire etc.in available length used independently,conforming to Fe-290 (Gde-165) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exceeding 5cm and not exceeding 10cm long and dia of neck 11 to 15mm, all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface of any description, n exc 10 cm width or girth, and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) over and including one coat of red- oxide or zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F chain link fencing of 50x50mm mesh made out of 4mm thick GI wire 1mm thick PVC coating streched and fixed to fencing post all as specified and directed.

S&F 18-20 mm thick 1st class well seasoned maple wood board, laying in floors, edges of the boards will have a finger lock groove and the bottom side with air pass groove and treated with special anti-termite and water-resistant lacquer, fixed on the bottom side with 1 mm thick foam for damp proofing and sound proofing including taking out old boarding of any description complete as specified and as directed.

M& L for Post construction Anti termite treatment by chemical emulsion (Immidacloprid 30.5 SC) as approved by IS 6313( part 3) : 2013 to Ground floor buildings adhering to following specifications: a) For internal area drill holes of 12-mm dia at 300 cms C/C along the inner junction of wall and floor in the entire premise. Water based chemical emulsion will be injected under pressure into these holes with dosage until refusal or maximum up to 1 Lit per hole. Minimum 400 ml chemical emulsion needs to be fill per hole. b) For external area drill holes of 12-mm dia at 300 cms C/C along the external junction of wall and floor in the entire premise. Water based chemical emulsion will be injected under pressure into these holes with dosage of 2.25 ltrs per rm. c) All drilled holes to be sealed with white cement and matched with surrounding wall finishes. d) Treatment to wooden fixtures: At point of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion ( in oil or kerosene based solution) @0.50 lt/hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150mm center to centre and sealing the same to match existing finish. e) Treatment to termite tubes: Visible shelter mud tubes will be removed and the infested area treated with water based chemical emulsion. All the drilled holes will be sealed and made good using cement. f) Treatment to be done by specialist agency licensed by IPCA and approved by Eng in charge. Specialist agency need to give written warranty for 5 years with yearly inspection and contact details to be displayed on board for attendance of complaint. Note : plinth area of the building will be measured Specialist agency : PCI, Elite corporation, paragon pesticides or IPCA licensed approved by AGE (I).

M&L of voids in masonry using chemical emulsion as approved by IS 6313(Part 3) 2013 ( chlorpyrifos 20 EC )one Ltr per hole at 300mm intervals including drilling holes at 45 degree and replugging them with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 Coarse Sand) to match the existing Surface.
