M & L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not exceeding 10cm in width or grith and applying two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Earth work in excavation in soil by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

M & L for coloured non skid tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square / Rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) for laying floor finishes like tiles etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of structural steel work in tubular / square tubular trusses including special shaped washer, gusset/bearing plate etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S.1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer red oxide, zinc chrome complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings of any height complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix of Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified as directed by manufacturer on steel members including scaffoldings of any height complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix of Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified as directed by manufacturer on steel members including scaffoldings of any height complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F of 5.5mm thick Sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing sheet glass is ground or obscured or frosted, on one side with oil putty in square n exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane complete all as specified.

S & F in repairs aluminium (extruded section) body door closer hydraulically regulated designation No 3, universal type,suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000mm in width and weight between 61 to 80 kg complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs 50 micron coloured powder coated aluminium decorative grill design No DG-117,10 mm thick including F Sections complete all as specified and directed. Make :- M/s Deco grill / M/s Royal grill or Equivalent

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position (unreinforced) in ground floors/ paving/plinth not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above GL) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate), 75mm thick. as in plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement including expansion joints complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster of any description from brick wall or concrete surfaces including racking out joints and hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specifed and direcetd.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment and Materials and labour for applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint all as specified and directed by Engr-in -Charge.
