Providing Consultancy Services for Preparation of Detailed Project Report (DPR) for the formation of new industrial areas including Economic Analysis, Surveying, Layout Plan Design, Preparation of Cost Estimates, Cost Structure etc., for the proposed Mulwada 4th & 5th Phase Industrial Area, Belagavi District. (Extent 487Acres 39 Guntas).

i)The firm which have experience in preparation of DPR for atleast one similar nature of work costing not less than Rs.10.00Crores and other relevant works in Government/Pubic Sector/ Government undertaking Organisations in the last five years for which certificates from competent authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer is to be produced in the last five years (2021-22 to 2025-26).(ii)The Firms which have completed preparation of DPR for similar nature of work atleast 1No. in Government/public sectors/Government undertaking Organisations with an extent of not less than 250.00 acres in the last five financial years for which certificates from competent authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer is to be produced.

Adequacy of the proposed work plan and methodology in responding to the TOR

Qualifications and competence of the key professional staff for the Assignment

The Firm should have achieved in, atleast any two financial years an average annual financial turnover of Rs.150.00 Lakhs in last 5 years i.e., (2021-22 to 2025-26).
