Dismantling and removing existing reception table and relocating and fixing it to a new location withing the Phase 1 campus as per the direction of Engineer -in- Charge without causing any damages to the existing floor and wall finishes, repairing the damages, if any, making it matching to the existing finishes and disposal of debris outside the Technopark campus. The rate is inclusive of all material charge, labour, transportation, scaffolding (If needed) loading/unloading at the work space and removal of debris from Technopark campus etc. complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Fabricating, supplying and placing in position custom designed Front Office Reception Table of size 2900x750x750mm made of 6mm thick Corian finish on table top and Interior film on front & sides and 0.8mm laminate on plywood on the inner sides with edge banding as required with raised front table top with glass, comprises of 2 drawer pedestal units with locks and designer handles for all drawers, with required carpentry work. Design, colour and other features shall be confirmed by Technopark before procurement. Complete all as per the directions of Engineer in charge. The rate is inclusive of all material charge, labour, transportation, scaffolding (If needed) loading/unloading at the work space and removal of debris from work site etc. complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Fabricating, supplying and placing in position custom made side storage of size 1200x600mm, made of 6mm thick Corian finish on 18mm table top with laminate on plywood on all sides with edge banding as required, comprises of 2 drawer pedestal units with locks,shutter,openstorage &designer handles for all drawers, with required carpentry work. Design, colour and other features shall be confirmed by Technopark before procurement. Complete all as per the directions of Engineer in charge. Fabricating, supplying and placing in position upholestered sofas - 3 seater (2100 mmx 850 mm) made up of Custom-designed modern leatherette sofas made with high- quality elastic belts, pocket springs, foams, recron sheets along with sturdy wood/ metal frame ensuring durability and stability. Design, colour and other features shall be confirmed by Technopark before procurement. Complete all as per the directions of Engineer in charge. The rate is inclusive of all material charge, labour, transportation, scaffolding (If needed) loading/unloading at the work space and removal of debris from work site etc. complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Fabricating, supplying and placing in position centre table having an overall size of 750mm dia, Custom designed in strikingly bold looks with stained black Oak/ Ashwood tabletop that rests upon four sturdy wooden legs framed by flat metal sheet(SS 304). All the wooden parts must be in hardwood. Design, colour and other features shall be confirmed by Technopark before procurement. Complete all as per the directions of Engineer in charge.
