Providing services for smooth functioning / running of water pumping installation of Pump House No.1 (Near Kumoan Offr's Mess) by providing 01 No. technically qualified pump operator (Semi Skilled) in each shift (01 Shift of 08 hours daily) including Sundays and Holidays, operating supply valves and filling of underground water tank and cleaning of pump house surrounding , roofs, valve pits, earth pits, maintaining all records and log sheets and carry out water testing ( Chlorine) and the register shall be put up to concern JE after completing the Testing (Testing to be done before distribution of water every day as directed by Engr-in-charge. The installation comprises of following :- (i) Centrifugal / Mono-block pumps complete with all accessories capacity 5/3 HP - 04 Nos. (ii) Electrical control panel cubical type in pump house complete including earthings - 01 No. (iii) DOL / Star delta Starter for pumps. (iv) Chlorine dosing pump set complete with all accessories - 01 No. (v) Pressure sand filter sectional wash type 2x11000 ltrs/hrs capacity with connected accessories - 01 No. (vi) Vacuum chloronome plant cylinder mounted pressure feed including all accessories-01 No. (vii) Sluice valve, butterfly valves, NRVs, all inlets and out let valves installed at Pump House location. Note for item no.1 to 3:- The cost of following provisions shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates:- (i) Running of pump set and to fill connected underground tanks complete round the clock all as directed by Engr-in-charge otherwise a penalty will be imposed. (ii) The Contractor will be responsible for proper chlorination of water i.e. 2 ppm at installation and maintain the register of daily results and submitted to concerned JE daily otherwise. (iii) Operation of valves for distribution of water supply in the Cantt area as per requirment basis for filling up / topping up of all water tanks regularly. (iv) To carry out visual checks of sluice valves / pipe lines & report complaint of leakage to the concerned JE E/M (v) Minor repair Such as gland packing, nut bolts if required are provide by the contractor for smooth function of entire water supply system. (vi) Rectifying any electric complaints within the installation which is essential to run installation will be carried out by the contractor. (vii) Uniform shall be provided by the contractor. (viii) Departmental equipments of each installation shall be under safe custody. In case of theft any item from installation recovery shall be made from the contractor as per direction of Engr-in-charge. (ix) The contractor will submit log sheet of pump set, Generator and Chloronome Plant per month to Engr-in -Charge. (x) Minimum wages certificate shall be submitted to Engr-in-charge for their verification along with attendance & wage register (xi) In case absent of operator, double the rate quoted rates shall be recovered from the contractor's dues. (xii) All T&P as required shall be provided by the contractor. (xiii) Proper handing / taking over of inventories of all installations shall be kept in record.(xiv) Area of installation will be Kept neat & clean by removing growth of vegetation ,grass and bushes at of installation, at the path of installation and up to whole installation and suitable endorsement for this will be made daily in a register kept at installation. (xv) Contractor will display the fire fighting chart, safety chart, DO's and DON’T's first aid box complete with medicines. (xvi) All type of Stationary, T&P for maintenance & operation will be provided by contractor (xvii) Chlorination chemical for chlorination of drinking water shall be issued by the department free for use (xviii) Before taking over the installation the contractor will ensure that all the equipments installed at installation are working efficiently. If any repair is required for the same he shall intimate to the department. After taking over the installation the contractor shall be fully responsible for any nature of defect caused due to malfunctioning of any equipment installed in pump house.

Providing services for smooth functioning / running, maintenance and operation of sewage treatment plant at Pocket No. 6 of MAP of capacity 700 KLD by providing 01 technically qualified Pump Operator (Semi skilled) in each shift (One shift of 08 hours daily), ensuring the serviceability of plant, maintenance of surrounding area (Remove vegetation) etc., checking of electrical control panel and thoroughly cleaning of equipment / machinery etc. including Sunday and holiday complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. The installation comprises of following:- (i) Motor 75HP & pump-02 Nos. (ii) Filter Plant -02 Nos. (iii) Sewage treatment plant based on the principle of MBBR capacity 700KLD Tank with chamber-06 nos, Pumps and Air compressor with all connected accessories. (iv) Pressure feed gacious chlorinator with all connected accessories- 01 No (v) LT Cubical panel board 75 HP STP indoor type complete - 03 Nos. (vi) Earthing complete for all equipments (vii) Silent Diesel engine driven generating set 125 KVA- 01 No (viii) Sluice valve, NRV, Air release valve, foot valve of size 80mm to 200mm Timing: (a) First Shift 0900hrs to1700hrs ( 01- FGM ) Note :- (i) The quoted rates shall be deemed to be included the following provisions :- (a) Preventive and breakdown maintenance of all the equipments by regular oiling, greasing etc. during the period of work order. (b) Minor repair to gaskets re-wireable fuses and operation maint of any other parts required for proper functioning of installation (c) The sludge generated by the STPs will be disposed by the operator as per instructions of the Engr-in-Charge (d) Cleaning of Submersible motor main intake on monthly basis to prevent the breakdown. (ii) Running of pump set and to fill connected UG tanks complete round the clock all as directed by Engr-in-chrge. (iii) Operation of chloronome plants:- Contractor will be responsible for proper chlorination of water i.e. 2 ppm at installation and maintain the register of daily results and submitted to concerned JE daily. (iv) Operation of valves for distribution of water supply in the Cantt area as per requirement basis for filling up /topping up of all water tanks regularly. Suitable endorsement for this will be made daily in a register kept at installation. (x) Proper accounting and security of Government assets will be of the contractor. The contractor will be responsible for any theft / damages to the Government property and will made good by the contractor at his own cost. (xi) Contractor will display the fire fighting chart, safety chart, DO’s and DON’T’s first aid box complete with requisite medicines. (xii) All type of stationary, T&P for maintenance & operation will be provided by the contractor at his own cost. (xiii) Chlorination chemical for chlorination of drinking water will be provided by the department free for use. (xiv) Before taking over the installation the contractor will ensure that all the equipments installed at installation are working efficiently. Providing services for smooth functioning of 11 KV MRS at Dharchula, comprising of 11 KV steel structures with bus bars, insulators, AB switches, transformer 150 KVA (11/0.433) - 02 Nos., battery bank & battery charger, 11 KV HT panel boards, 11 KV VCB 630 Amps 18.3 KA – 01 No. as incomer, 11 KV 400 Amps 18.3 KA – 03 Nos. as outgoing, 11 KV outdoor 6 pole structure, PT's metering system bus couplers, HT/LT cables, control cables, LT panel boards for substation lighting, earthing pits of all the equipments (including regular watering) & plants, carrying out regular testing of the equipments and maintaining of the earth testing register / insulation testing register / Oil testing registers etc., log sheet with duty Roaster / attendance register records of the electric supply with all parameters as described at the substation and daily maintenance of the complete surrounding area of the MRS. As when Supply fails take necessary steps to restore the supply from Hydle substation of or breakdown is informed to the MRS in charge within 05 Minutes of breakdown, complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. NOTE :- (i) The job shall be maintained by deploying 03 Nos. Skilled Electricians in all days of three shifts (including Sunday and holiday) as given below:- (a) First shift 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs - 01 No. Skilled Electrician. (b) Second shift 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs - 01 No. Skilled Electrician. (c) Third shift 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs - 01 No. Skilled Electrician. (ii) Quoted rate shall be deemed to inclusive of the following provisions:- (a) Leave/ reserve / off of the tradesmen employed by the contractor, as per labour laws. (b) Normal maintenance i.e oiling, greasing, tightening of conductors, tightening of HT/LT cable joints of all equipments installed at MRS, restoration of jumpers, HT fuses by means of using existing resources during short circuits due to wind / rains without any extra cost of material to the department within premises of MRS / other locations as directed by Engr-in-Charge and to restore the supply for incoming and outgoing feeders. (c) Temporary laying of LT UG cable of any size and any length, required for restoration of supply during breakdown / other requirement. (d) Complaint register and Complaint slip books as per site requirement shall be provided by the contractor. (e) Uniform shall be provided by the contractor. (f) Group insurance for all the tradesmen shall be made by the contractor and documentary proof in support shall be submitted to the department. (g) Jumpers, HT fuses required for Restoration of electric supply by using existing resources during short circuits due to wind/rain in Dharchula Cantt area to restore the electric supply for incoming and outgoing feeders. (h) Rate quoted shall be deemed to include for leave/reserve staff. (iii) Proof of payment of Minimum wages along with attendance register shall be produced to Engr-in-Charge for their verification prior to releasing of payment of RARs. (iv) In case of absent of operator or unattended the complaint after reported at right time, double the rate quoted to be recovered. (v) All safety measures for employees shall be provided by the contractor and must be carried out as per safety rules. The contractor should ensure the utilization of safety equipment by his employs during working period. (vi) All safety provision contained in IE Rules will be followed by the contractor. (vii) Qualification /Experience certificate:- Having 3 years diploma in Electrical Engineering or ITI with 5 year experience in the trade 2:3 ratio) with age not above than 60 years of all staff employed shall be submitted. (viii) The contractor shall submitted the ID proof, Bank Account No. of electrician / Person Employed, payment shall be made through Cheque. The payment will not be less then minimum labour wages, Documentary proof payment shall be submitted whenever asked for the same. (ix) The contractor shall take over the installations from the existing contractor through the department in good running condition. (x) The contractor payment should be made minimum 30 days per month for his. (xi) Material like LT UG cable, fuse wire, fuse etc, shall be issued from MES store yard /Service Centre free for fixing only. (xii) Departmental equipments of each installation, shall be under safe custody. In case of theft, any item from installation recovery shall be made from the contractor as per direction of Engr-in-charge.
