Bamboo Structure , tarpolin cover carpeting pathway of approx 120 foot (with 12 feet width and 16 ft height) from main gate to auditorium with adequate light, design, decoration, musking etc. Decoration would be thematic as per theme of the main programme (Flower decoration if required) & Back drop (8’x12’) with small podium stand with small wooden dais for interview & special coverage for awardees just out side the auditorium along with small sound system
Preventive in fire spray for entire temporary structure
Documentation of entire programme to be submitted oh soft copy and hard copy both.
