SCHEDULE 'A' PART - XIII (MISC ITEMS) (Note for items 13 to 48 : The contractor shall quote his rate for each of these items separately. The estimated rate is left blank since the same is not prepriced by MES)

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 6.0 TR Floor Mounted, Top discharge, air cooled DX type Precision Air Conditioning unit equipped with most advanced industry technology guaranteering precise control of temperature and humidity. The unit shall be comprising with following component and parameters :-

(a) The Indoor unit shall comprise of Digital Scroll Compressor ( Stepless Variable Capacity), EC fans, Coated Evaporator DX Cooling Coil, Infrared Humidifiers, Heaters, Outlet Motorised Volume Control Damper, Microprocessor controllers, Expansion valves, Driers, G4 Filter, Suction and Discharge piping, Internal power and Control wiring, Crankcase heaters, HP/LP Cutouts, Power and Control contactors, water leak detectors and Other Electrical accessories. (b) The Outdoor Condenser unit shall comprise of Condenser fans & motor, Condenser cooling coil (Copper coil with aluminium fins), Fan speed controller, Isolater switch. The condensing temperature of matching air cooled condenser not to exceed 55 Deg C at design conditions. (c) The unit shall be suitable for operation on 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 3 Phase, 4 Wire AC supply. Each unit should be having individual display panel, which shall display date, time, actual & set values, operating conditions, signal faults, collective faults, limiting values, etc. (d) Complete installation after commissioning to be tested for required inside design condition (DBT 23 + 5 degree celcius, RH 60 + 5%) & result shall be recorded & signed by Engr-in-Charge. Any leftover items required for Functioning & achieving inside design conditions shall deemed to be included in the rates quoted for these items by the bidder.

Supply & fixing of Refrigeration 18G copper piping between indoor to out door unit duly insulated with rubber insulating material as per recommanded by manufacturer and approved by engg -in - charge Note :- (i) All piping inside the room shall be properly supported with hanger and exposed piping shall be properly suppoted with wooden saddles (ii) Two run of copper piping for liquid and gas will be measured and paid as one length.(iii) above rate are inclusive of necessary supporting and clamping items as per recommanded by manufacturer and all as specified and directed by engg -in-charge (iv) Piping size shall be suitable as per standard installation guide lines as per OEM of Precision Airconditioning Unit of 6.0 TR.

Supply and fix Ladder Type Cable Tray suitable for power cable of 6.0 TR Air Conditioning unit complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Installation of Interconnecting flexible copper cabling (2.5 sqmm X 3 core)between indoor & outdoor unit of 6.0 TR Precision Air Conditioning unit complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Installation of Condensate drain piping with GI- B class pipes suitable for Precision Aitconditioning unit 6.0 TR capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Installation of Humidifier piping with GI- B class pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Outdoor stand suitable for fixing of outdoor unit of 6.0TR Precision Airconditioning Unit complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix indoor stand suitable for fixing of indoor unit of 6.0TR Precision Airconditioning Unit complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for charging Refrigerant Gas - R410a in the 6.0 TR Precision Airconditioning unit complete all as specified and as directed.

Fabricating, supplying, installing and testing / balancing GI sheet with TDF flange rectangular/ square duct made out of ' L' shaped hollow profile , duly factory boxed , including all accessories such as corner, cleat, carriage bolt, Gasket and appropriate sealant on longitudinal joints etc complete of following sizes :-

(a) 24 Gauge

(b) 22 Gauge

(c) 20 Gauge

Supply & erection of 25 mm thick nitrile duct insulation with Aluminum foil. The thermal insulation shall be 25 mm thick non-fibrous, fire retardant, closed cell, tri- dimensional chemically cross linked polyethylene foam, conforms to class O' for fire propagation and class 1 for surface spread of flame & factory laminated aluminum foil complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix acoustic duct insulation with fiber glass wool rigid board 12 mm thick having 48 Kg/m3 density covered with R.P.Tissue paper & 28 perforated Al. foil complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Installation of Canvas Connection suitable for Precision Airconditioning unit of 6.0 TR complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, test & commission Supply Air Grills with powder coating having aluminium construction / air diffuser with powder coating having aluminium construction with MS volume control damper backed with enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, test & commission Return Air Grills with powder coating having aluminium construction / air diffuser with powder coating having aluminium construction with MS volume control damper backed with enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, instalation, Testing and commissioning of fire damper complete in Precision Airconditioning plant ducting having a maximum cross sectional area of 1.5 Square meter, Galvanized Iron 18G frame with 18 G blades with smoke detector thermister, fusible link etc. and actuator as required for operation complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cutting the existing GI pipe of size 50 mm dia and taking 25 mm dia branch connection including necessary fittings etc. all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable aluminium strip of Old unserviciable Aluminium strip 25 mm x 3.15 mm strip of any size complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Old unsrviciable materials obtained from earthing complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Old unserviceable air termination rod 12 mm dia , 300 mm long complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Old U/S terminal block complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Flame Proof control panel in cast alluminium alloy LM 6 construction , cetified by CMRS Dhanbad for Group IIA & IIB consisting of :- Incomming :- 63 A TPN MCB - 01 No. Outgoing :- MCB SP 6 to 32 Amp - 18 Nos

Supply and fix PCC route indicator pesestal type of size 30 cm x 10 cm made out of RCC with 10 mm dia rod circular above the GL 60 CM with PCC (1:2:4) type B1 above GL , PCC (1:2:8) in foundation below ground level duly engraved HT/LT cable- MES all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F aluminium framed fixed partition (for height upto 3m) with 8/9mm thick both side prelaminated particle board for bottom panels and rest panels above with 8mm thick tinted glass, partition made out of anodised aluminium section of make of JINDAL/INDAL with size of panel not less than 0.80m (section to be used for bottom rail, middle rail and rest members shall be from 150 x 44 x 3mm, 125 x 44 x 3mm and 44 x 44 x 3mm respectively) inlcuidng jointing cleats for fixing, clips, rubber beading, padding accessories aluminium beading required all as shown on Drg No CEAA/TD/132, sheet 1/2 and 2/2 dated 13 Dec 2002 all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing roof sheeting 6mm thick multi cavity poly corbonite sheet (Polygal/Lexan/GE) for octagonal shape roof top shed with necessary aluminium profile with EDPM gasket at every joint of sheet and covered with aluminium section 25x25mm sheet and profile to be fastened to structure by using 45mm-SDST screws all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F aluminium fully glazed Sliding door with shutter fixed with sliding mechnisam and supporting for slide rail and holding rail to door and frame with one or more rebates made out of JINDAL/INDAL anodised 15 micron aluminium sections, shutters including jointing cleats for fixing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws and aluminium fittings etc complete all as specified with panel of 10mm thick tinted glass all as specified and directed.

M&L for fixing of conductive type copper tape of 100 micron thickness in grid system including earthed and application of special conductive primer over that for quick transfer of static charges/electricity of floor having an anti static value of surface resistivity of 1X10^5X10^12 ohm/sq and volume resistivity of 1X10^4 to 1X10^11 ohm-cm and laying 2mm thick conductive type epoxy based polyurethane coating of approved colour laid for smooth , easily cleanable glossy finished surfaces. The mixing and laying has to be completed within the pot life of the product. The cured surfaces shall be tested with Meghohm meter as per ASTM F-150 to check the reading as per manufacturers instruction and to the entire satisfaction of GE. Electro .Product for application has to be got approved by CPRI (Central Power Research Institute Bangalore) and test certificate to be provided. Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge.

Supply and fixing MCB 32 Amp TPN 415V, 10KA, 'C' curve in the MCB DB complete with connection testing and commissioning all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing MCB 6-32 Amp SPN 240V, 10KA, 'C' curve in the MCB DB complete with connection testing and commissioning all as specified and as directed.
