Taking down old unsv LT cable and Supply and Laying in trenches or passing through pipe, fixed to wall/pole and duct etc. LT underground electric cable including jointing and testing XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty underground cable, 1100 volt grade, with stranded aluminium conductor for following sizes:-

240 sqmm, 3.5 core

95 sqmm, 3.5 core

70 sqmm, 3.5 core

50 sqmm, 3.5 core

25 sqmm, 3.5 core

16 sqmm, 4 core

10 sqmm, 2 core

Taking down old unsv HT cable and Supply and Laying in trenches or passing through pipe, fixed to wall/pole and duct etc. HT underground electric cable 3 core 95 sqmm XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty underground cable, 11000 volt grade, with stranded aluminium conductor complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide for laying of cables, RCC poles/stays and struts etc and getting out including trimming sides and forming levelled bottom surface all as specified and directed at site.

Returning, filling-in, including spreading, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, in soft /loose soil complete all as specified.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point

Supply & laying in repairs factory made of unreinforced Precast concrete cover of class LV, type 1, flat, size 250 mm x 150 mm x40mm for protection for cable all as specified .

Supply and laying in repairs factory made unreinforced precast concrete cable cover class HV, type 1, flat size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm for HT UG cable laid traverse to cable all as directed.

M&L for dry sand filling in cable trenches for protection of cables with two layers below and above cable and punned down to speicified thickness complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Punned down thickness shall only be measured for payment.

Supplying and laying in replacement synthetic Rubber insulated mats 2 mm thick for voltage upto 3.3 kV for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m.

Supplying and laying in replacement synthetic Rubber insulated mats 2.5 mm thick for voltage upto 11 kV for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m.

M&L for Re-laying of cable any size in trenches including dismantling of connection from pannel/DB's and after relaying refix the same in its originnal postion complete all as specified and directed.(Note:-Excavation & earth work shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this Schedule.)

Disconnecting the HT & LT electric connection from the transformer and Opening of all side door and top covers by unscrewing nut, bolts & washers etc and taking out core and coil assembly from inclousure by disconnecting from top Yoke, HT&LT bushing stud to outside by dismantling the channel of 160KVA/250KVA capacity transformer Indoor/Outdoor complete all as directed.

M&L for replacement of top cover gasket and closing the tank top cover by fixing of suitable size of nut, bolts and washers gasket etc complete in all respect.

M&L for dismantling of breather assembly and replace with new silica gel assembly of 160KVA/250KVA capacity transformer Indoor/Outdoor complete all as directed by engineer-in-charge.

M & L for Repair/ overhauling of complete 160/250 KVA Capacity Indoor/outdoor transformer by dismantling carefully unit and lifting out the core assembly /header , HT/LT coils from limbs and inspection complete including disconnecting cable connection and testing, commissionig all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (The quoted rates also inclusive satisfactory test report of all parameters and transportation charges from AGE E/M store yard to workshop and back to its original location. If repairing Transformer have not to be repaired with in 15 days from the date of handing over to contractor a panel recovery @ Rs 500/- per day will be recoverd from his RAR.)

M&L for repairs for rewinding of HT coils with copper wire super enamelled high quality with exiting guage and impedence including requisite insulating paper /material, heating and varnishing in each layer of winding after taking out existing winding of HT coils complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

All as above item No 16 but LT coils with copper strips.

S&F in replacement of porcelain transformer bushing on LT side 1100 Volt including brass stems conical bush and gasket of 160KVA/250KVA capacity transformer Indoor/Outdoor complete all as directed by engineer-in-charge.

All as above item No 18 but HT 11 KV.

M&L for topping up of transformer oil having die electric strenght not less than 45 KV (at 2.5 m gap) high voltage as per IS specification of low viscosity complete all as directed by engineer-in-charge. Make:- Powerlink/Power-oil/Savita or equivalent as approved by AGE(I).

Supply and fix in repair Aviation obstruction light LED type, colour red, comprising of aluminium housing with polycarbonate enclosure complete all as specified and directed. Make: Bajaj, Model: BGAV 302 LED or its equivalent in Philips/ Wipro/ CG/ Havells as approved by AGE (I).

M&L for repairs to existing out door LT panel, removing the unserviceable hinges from doors (1.6mm thick MS), grinding the welded portion, denting and leveling the door, welding suitable new hinges (Approx. 0.50 Kg) to doors including locking arrangement and one coat of synthetic enamel paint (Approx 10 Sq.m.) as that of existing colour complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement Off load Change over switch, 4 Pole, 200 Amps, 415 Volts, with enclosure fixed to stand made up of angle iron frame and mounted on floor / PCC floor as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour in repairs for earthing complete with galvanized earth plate electrode in 60 cm x 60 cmx 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 meter below ground level with top edge of earth plate at depth not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connecting to and including GI strip 32 mm x 6 mm by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer light grade 40 mm dia GI protection pipe and connected to equipment, GI pipe medium grade 20 mm dia for watering an including funnel wire mesh, RCC pit cover and PCC 1;2:4 type B-1 including Rocksalt, charcoal, excavation and earth work disposal of surplus soil shown as plate No 3 of SSR part - I 1991 and all as specified complete. Note : - The unit rate quoted shall deemed to have included for GI protection pipe, GI earth strip up to 7.5 mtr, GI water pipe, wire mesh , funnel , excavation, RCC pit cover complete.

M&L for lowering of High Mast lantern to carry out repairs for lights and cables, fittings,gear box servicing ,greasing of motor etc. and raising the lantern to its original position. (Replacement items such as LED Flood light,cable will be measured and paid separately.)

S&F in replacement LED flood light luminaire 120 W with secondary optics made in pressure die cast housing and heat sink in aluminium extrusion with IP66 protection and connecting up complete all as directed. Make: Havells Model: JETA PROPLUSFL150WLED757LT G or its equivalent in Wipro/Polycab as approved by AGE(I).

S&F in replacement LED flood light luminaire 350 W with secondary optics made in pressure die cast housing and heat sink in aluminium extrusion with IP66 protection and connecting up complete all as directed. Make: Havells Model: JETA VALOURFLS300WLED757MODSYMLTG or its equivalent in Wipro/Polycab as approved by AGE(I).

S&F in replacement PVC insulated and FR PVC Round Sheathed, Copper Conductor (flexible) industrial cable, 1100 Volts, conforming to IS: 694, 4 core,2.5 Sqmm highmast thrilling cable.

S&F in replacement power AC power contactor of rating 9/18 Amps, 3 Pole complete all as specified and as directed. Make: L&T/ Siemens/ Schneinder/ C&S (Type AC3)

S&F in replacement power AC power contactor of rating 32 Amps, 3 Pole complete all as specified and as directed. Make: L&T/ Siemens/ Schneinder/ C&S (Type AC3)

S&F in replacement FRP based outdoor type Junction box pole Hinged (L) mounted with clamps and including MCB SP06 Amps complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Sintex Model No: GS JB 2817 or equivalent as approved by GE.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of steel swan neck tubular poles of 7.5 length from G.L and applying one coat of aluminium paint making strip white and blue colour up to 1.5 mtr height from top of PCC foundation block and numbering of poles with synthetic enamel paint black in 80 mm high letters complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old surface of PCC poles and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint with black & white or yellow colour strips 30cm each up to 1.5 mtr height from top of PCC foundation block and numbering of poles with synthetic enamel paint white in 80 mm high letters 150 mm above the top strip complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of steel 2 pole structure with all MS iron tubular poles of 9.0 length from G.L and applying one coat of aluminium paint making strip white and blue colour up to 1.5 mtr height from top of PCC foundation block and numbering of poles with synthetic enamel paint black in 80 mm high letters complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Replacement of Air break switch (GOD) Triple pole, mechanically gang operated Air Brack Switch, mounted on insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level, for current rating upto 200 amps, 11000 Volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement LED street light fitting driver of exisiting make and model of rating 60 W to 72 Watt complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Bajaj/CG/C&S

M&L for painting of GI pipe bracket and clamp any size on pole security lights applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surfaces complete as per site direction complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix in replacment Anti climbing devices; comprising 2.24mm dia galvanised steel 2-strand barbed wire with 2.00mm dia barbs wrapped spirally round poles, to a length of 0.5 to 1.0 metre clamped and properly secured complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix in replacment Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous namelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25x20cm size complete all as specified and as directed.

Calibration of VCB / RMU relay by injecting High Voltage through CTS checking the over load system of VCB upto 90% rated load and artificial fault creation and setting of relay by 10 to 15 % of rated load removing u/s overload and earth fault relay including connection with power pack Opening out the trolly checking the operation of VCB mechanically and electrically through shunt trip coil including energizing of springs automatically including checking of TNC swich Testing and commissioning all as directed Note – (i) Maintenance to be carried out the reps of OEM (ii) After completion test certificate shall be furnished from OEM

M & L for maintenance of VCB / RMU11 KV, 250/350 MVA, 630/800 Amps including removal of VCB trolley cleaning of all copper male and female contact tightening of all connections. Checking of all auxiliary contacts, control wiring, servicing of relays, etc refixing the VCB trolley to its original position including proper setting of manual/ motorize operation of VCB checking / setting of tripping system etc complete. Note - (i) Maintenance to be carried out the reps of OEM like CG, ABB, C & S (ii) After completion test certificate shall be furnished from OEM

M&L in Replacement of automatic spring charge motor of the Vacuum circuit breaker of existing make and model complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in Replacement of 11 KV current transformer (CTs) for HT Panels indoor type resin cast epoxy type of 13.1 KA/sec having ration 60/5+5 Amps suitable for metering and protection equipment installed on control panels including control cables as per site requirement upto control panels terminals block and fixing on bus bar section having class of accuracy 5P10 15 VA.

S & F in replacement PT unit three phase three limb, epoxy type upto 11 KV draw out type single ration having primary 11 KV & secondary voltage 110 volts 200 VA class l including necessary bus bar connection & wiring for metering after disconnecting of HT supply from HT VCB of capacity 100 to 630 Amps for repair works and taking out unserviceable PT unit complete all as directed by Engr-In -Charge.
