Providing and fixing wooden paneling made of a 12mm thick EGSB grade 1 Medium Density Fibre (MDF) Board confirming to IS 12406-1988 substrate with a 1.5mm thk laminate(shall be fixed using approved adhesive leaving 1.5mm wide groove) of approved make, shade & finish. The panels shall be mounted on special aluminium sections with dry wall screws 25mm long at 300mm c/c nominal or as specified etc. all complete to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Base frame shall be of Extruded aluminium sections of size 80mmx26mmx 0.5 mm thick or as approved by the Engg.-In-Charge which shall be fixed on the wall wherein the vertical section shall be fixed at 1000mm c/c & intermediate at 400mm c/c . (Base frame work of aluminium shall be paid in Item 70, 1.5mm laminate shall be paid in item no.29)

Providing and fixing wire mesh of block size 1"x1" having dia. of GI wire 3mm etc. all complete as approved by the Engg.-In-Charge

Providing and fixing anti static mats 2mm thick etc. all complete as approved by the Engg.-In-Charge

Providing and fixing in position 12mm thick bitumen impregnated fiber board conforming to IS: 1838 all complete as per direction and satisfaction of Engg- In- Charge.

Consultancy charges for preparation of detailed structural drawings on the basis of relevant IS codes & sound engineering practises and the same is to be got approved by Prof./HoD of any Govt. Engineering College. The contractor shall intimate AAI the details of Govt. Engineering College from where structural designs and drawings will be vetted/approved. The Contractor shall coordinate for the time schedule to be taken by Govt. Enginnering College so as to ensure adherence off overall time of submission of the above by the Contractor to meet the overall project completion time. No addiitional time period or any cost shall be allowed to the contractor for designing preparation of drawings/ vetting of design and drawings from Govt. Enginnering College etc. Major Engineering decision and specification shall be reviewed by AAI to the extent desired if required.This item includes structural designing of ATU shelter, NDB building, Antenna mast foundation & boundry wall as per available architectural drawings.

Providing & fixing 100mm puff wall and roof panel for ATU shelter of size 3.2m * 1.6m and height 8 ft. along with provision of door of size 0.9m*2m and ventilator with all acessories required for installation etc all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & laying 4 mm OD non stranded continuous steel guide wire without joints in GI pipe to be laid during execution of work etc all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
