Work Items

Cartage of ST Pole 9.0 mtr SP-33 from store centre Almora to construction site with loading, unloading at both points and proper stacking in average distance 170 Km.

Cartage of other material (other than poles) by vehicle from store centre Almora to nearest construction site store including loading & unloading at both ends.

Head load cartage of ST Pole 9.0 mtr SP-33 from road to construction site upto 1.0 to 3.0 Km.

Head load cartage of small material including loading & unloading upto 1.0 to 3.0 Km.

Excavation of earth for pole pit of size 0.9x0.6x1/6 of full length of pole for errection of pole in all type of soil including proper dressing of sides and ramming of bottom icluding getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed complete work.

Errection of single support pole ST Pole 9.0 mtr SP-33 in proper level and alignment alongwith fixing of all accessories loke top channel & clamps as per RESPO manual.

Errection of double support pole ST Pole 9.0 mtr SP-33 in proper level and alignment alongwith fixing of all accessories like top channel, X- Breasing & Clamps as per RESPO construction manual.

Grouting of pole in size 0.45x0.45x1/9 of the support in cc ratio 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 graded stone 20 mm nominal size : 8 coarse sand) block including cost of cement, sand and stone ballast back filling of soil and boulders in pit and ramming and proper alignment , leveling as per RESPO construction manual.

Excavation of foundation pit for ST Pole 9.0 mtr SP-33 Single Pole errection of pole in all type of soil and fixing of all accessories of pole and errection of support and grouting of pole in CC ratio 1:4:8 block including cost of ballast, cement and sand, back filling of soil and boulders in pit and ramming and proper alignment, leveling as per RESPO.

Muffing of poles size 0.45 cm x 0.60 cm radious with cc 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone 10 mm nominal size) block size 45 cm height from ground level including cost of cement, stone and sand etc.

Fabrication of MS channel angle iron after cutting in required sizes with drilling of holes upto good finish for top channel, breasing as per RESPO.

Excavation of earth for stay pit of size 0.6x0.6x1.2 mtr in all type of soil including proper dressing of sides and ramming of bottom including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed complete work.

Fixing, tightening and nozzelling of 33 Kv Line stay with pole and stay rod on required tension as per drawing / RESPO manual.

Grouting of stay in size 0.6x0.6x0.3 in CC ratio 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 graded stone 20 mm nominal size : 8 coarse sand) block including cost of cement, sand and stone ballast back filling of soil and boulders in pit and ramming and proper alignment , leveling as per RESPO manual.

Earthing of support with MS earth rod of 2.5 mtr long by hammaring of MS rod to proper depth and connecting the earth electrode with the help of G.I wire as per construction manual.

Laying, spreading, stringing and sagging of 33 Kv line in 3 phase (3 phase 4 wire) of the following wire as phase wire with G.I earth wire complete including fixing of all accessories in 03 nos conductor in parallel with binding and jumpering as per profile and sagging chart. (ACSR Dog Conductor 3 Phase 4 Wire)

Painting of poles ST Pole 9.0 mtr SP-33 with angle and channel and all steel part by one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint and two strip of fluorescent alternate red and white paint 30 cm wide upto 1.5 mtrs from ground level.

Dismentalling of existing HT line including disc fitting, insulator, clamps, nut & bolts etc. including rolling of conductor and cartage back from site to JE store. (Single Pole ST Pole 9.0 mtr SP-33)

Dismentalling of existing HT line including disc fitting, insulator, clamps, nut & bolts etc. including rolling of conductor and cartage back from site to JE store. (Double Pole ST Pole 9.0 mtr SP-33)

Route clearance by cutting of tree branches / proning, lopping and chopping of trees for 33 Kv line.
