Supply of follwing size Grade flexible unshielded secondary lead cable conforming to IS-9968 Part-I, 1988 with multistranded annealed tinned Copper Conductor, EPR insulated, PCP/TPE sheathed/volcanised rubber compound with inner field suitable for operating on 600Volts. a)2 Core X 4Sqmm.

Supply of Two pin Secondary Leads(plug asswmble) for AFL System of 0.3Mtr etc. as required.

Supply of gaskits for CI Box(330mm ) outer dia with 6Nos. M10 tapped holes etc. as required.

Supply of CI Transformer Housing Box , round shape of outside dia 330mm height 450mm made of 10mm thick all round except on top surface which is 15mm thick having a clear opening of 220mm at the top surface and 6 Nos. M10 tapped holes at the hole centre of 260mm to receive light fittings base plate and bolts. The box shall have a clear hole at one side surface, centre at 75mm above bottom surface and suitable to receive 50mm dia B class GI pipe and check nuts and also have a clear hole on the same side , centre at 100mm above between two hole centre and suitable to receive 15mm dia B class G.I pipes and check nuts. The box shall have two earth bolts of M 10 X30mm inside near the hole(100mm above bottom surface) and a drain hole at the bottom suitably tapped to receive 1/2" dia., B class GI pipe as per drawing as required. (Double Hole).

Supply of Isolating Transformers of following rating of 5 KV Grade 50 Hz Series Type, encapsulated and finally moulded with TPR (Thermo Plastic Rubber) Type Rubber moulded in injection moulding with primary and secondary connections complete as required. A)200Watt 20A/6.6A for Runway.

Supply of 5 KV Grade Plug and Receptacle of Type I class "B" Connector suitable for field attachment with 5 KV Grade PVC insulated PVC sheathed of Single Core Copper Conductor Cable of following size conforming to the relevant IS specification etc. complete as required A)1 x 6 Sq mm.

Dismantelling and Reinstallation, Testing and Commissioning of elevated type Medium/High Intensity Runway/Taxiway/ Approach/ Threshold light fixtures on the existing Transformer Housing box including making the connections of Isolating Transformer, Light fixtures and other accessories including alignment, and earth connection etc as required.

Installation of 1 No. CI transformer housing boxes on cement concrete foundation including excavation, providing 200mm thick 1:3:6 base concrete (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded store aggregate 20mm nominal size) size 830mm x 830mm, providing 1:2:4 all round concrete of size 630mm L, 630mm B, 400mm H; top surface slopped to match transformer housing box top, providing 1 No. 5mm thick circular cover plate for housing boxes, painting the cover plate with one coat of premier and two coats of synthetic enamel paint, providing 1 No. 300 mm long 15mm dia B class GI pipe for drain, refilling disposing off surplus earth etc. complete as required.

Making field connections by crimping the following plug and receptacle with exisiting core copper conductor PVC insulated and PVC sheathed cable including filling the gap with water sealer material applying HT tape over PVC tape etc as required. A)6 & 16 Sqmm.

laying of HDPE/DWC pipe of 40/50/63mm Dia Pipe direct in ground at a depth of 0.75m below the ground level i/c excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. as required.

Supply of HDPE pipe of 50mm Dia. of PE 63 PN 4 ISI Marked along with all accessories like couplers, socket, bend etc. conforming to IS 4984:2016 complete as required.

Laying of one number pvc insulated and pvc sheathed XLPE power cable of 5KV Grade Airfield Lighting Cable of size not exceeding 25 sq.mm in the existing RCC/ HUME/ STONEWARE/ METAL/DWC pipe as required.

Making 50mm hole in the Existing CI Box/Collar for 50mm dia pipe and 25mm dia hole for the earth wire,fixing of bolts for the G.I wire and providing & Fixing checknuts as required.

Providing and Laying of 50 mm 'B' class GI Pipe in Runway shoulder. Job Involve kerf cutting of 4"x8" and refiling the same with cement concrecting complete with threading and alignment of pipe with transformer housing box as required.

Providing and Laying of 25 mm 'B' class GI Pipe in Exstining trench complete with threading and alignment of pipe with Transformer Housing Box providing checknuts as required.

SITC of maintenance free earthing system set consisting of one Galvanizd Pipe in pipe earthing electrode of Outer dia 48-50mm and inner dia. 25mm, 3Mtr. In Length along with two bags(25kg) of ground Enhancement Material(GEM) with one set of H clamp and Earth pit chamber.

Providing, laying and fixing of 50mm dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in ground complete with G.I. fittings including trenching (20 cm deep)and re-filling etc as required

Providing and Laying Earth connections from earth electrode with 6 SWG G.I. Wire in existing 15mm dia class 'B' G.I. Pipe from earth electrode as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on existing HDPE Pipe for loop earthing along with existing cable as required.
