Taking down carefully copper / aluminium point wiring, (light, fan, socket, power) through teakwood batten, PVC casing and capping, PVC/steel conduits, complete including fixure and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings, bell/buzzers etc complete and making good distributed surfaces of walls floors etc , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated and unsheathed cable single core multi stranded copper conductor, 1100 volts grade drawn through and including PVC casing / capping / concealed, medium grade of any size with all accessories like bends, junction boxes etc including copper earth continuity wire of PVC insulated of size 1.50 Sqmm and connected to common earth dolly with all accessories including sunken type pressed steel terminal boxes 3mm thick hylam/ bakelite sheet, complete as specified for following : -

One light point controlled by one switch

One fan point controlled by one switch through regulator

One Exhaust fan point controlled by one switch

One 3 pin socket out let 5 Amp on independent board

One 3 pin socket out let 5 Amp on same board with other switches

One bell/buzzer point controlled by one push button on same board or independent.

All as per item No. 2 above but with 2.5 sqmm single core cable for one 3 pin socket outlet 15 Amps on independent switch board including 2.5 Sqmm as earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly complete all as directed and specified.

S&F in replcament of Tube light fitting 1x28 Watt/ 1x36 watt with slim LED tube light batten of wattage not less than 20 Watt, 2000 Lumen (4 feet long) white / brown colour, fixed to wall/ ceiling along with necessary fixing screws, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of old 2x36 / 2x 28 watt tube light fitting in false ceiling with LED Square Recessmounting powder coated white CRCA full glow LED panel Downlight of 36 Watt Warm White fitting with LED lights complete along with necessary connecting cable of PVC insulated 3 core 0.5 sqmm from fitting to ceiling rose/ connector complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in replacement of earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit with adequate quantity of charcoal and dust and common salt , not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level connected to & including galvanised earth lead wire 4 mm dia drawn through GI protection pipe of size ordered specified for protection of earthing lead from earth electrode to test point/main DB from mechanical injury or tempering by means of nuts and bolt check nuts and washers of galvanised iron sheet all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part - I and connected to earthing test point complete including testing, refilling earth and removal of surplus soil upto 50 mtrs, PCC 1:3:6 type CI chamber precast RCC cover 40 mm thick reinforced with 6 mm dia MS bar 3 Nos both way with handle made out of 6 mm dia MS bar water pipe with wire mesh and connecting testing etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement for Sub main wiring with two run of 4.0 sqmm single core, PVC insulated but unsheathed multistranded FRLS copper cable 1100 volts conductor drawn through in Concealed Heavy duty PVC conduit with all accessories and 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated but unsheathed multistranded FRLS copper conductor cable as earth continuity wire complete all as specified and directed. Note: Two run of PVC cable with one run of PVC earth wire and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured and paid as one length only.

Supply and fix in repair Air termination, single point copper rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long complete all as specified

Supply and fix in repair Test point terminal box of size 200x100x100mm made out of 2mm thick hot dip galvanized sheet drilled and screwed including 6 Nos 15mm long hexagonal head screws complete with test point terminal block made out of Gun metal or Phosporous Bronze size 75x75x25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head screws, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing inreplacement of Copper strip 20 x 3 mm fixed with saddles, insulators and screws etc for roof conductor and down conductor above ground, complete all as directed.

Dismantling of complete Ceiling fan 1200/1400 mm sweep (i.e.,) down rod with its Canopies, Shackle, Condenser housing with its rubber bushes, split pins, unscrewing the body parts of Ceiling fan, taking out starter, rotor winding ball bearing, gun metal bush etc. complete to carry out the following repairs :- (a) Removing of burnt out fan winding and rewinding of starter with suitable size of Copper enamelled wire, varnishing heating as per manufactures design and directed. (b) Re-assembling complete Ceiling fan by fixing only serviceable of old/new spare parts (i.e.,) rubber bush of shackle and condenser housing, condenser, gun metal bushes, ball bearing, twin twisted Copper cable, down rod assembly with its shackle condenser housing and Canopies & split pins complete all as specified and design to give designed air delivery including greasing, oiling etc all as directed.

All as per Item No.23 above but exhaust fan of size up to 450 mm sweep complete.

S & F in repairs Heating element 1.5 KW/2 KW, any type as per sample (cup, thread, triangle base type), for Geyser, storage type, 25/50 Ltr capacity all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs PVC reinforced pipes 15mm dia both end socketed 450mm long heavy duty of suitable thickness for hot/cold water.

Taking out inner tank assembly from Geysers of any capacity/make for repair/welding with brass brazing and refixing to its original position and making good complete.

M & L in replacement of earthing complete with copper plate electrode 600 x 600 x 3.15 mm thick burried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level connected to & inclduing copper strip 20x3 mm by means of nuts and bolt check nuts and washers of galvanised iron sheet, passing through protection pipe of 25 mm dia light grade GI pipe all as shown in electrical plate Nos 3 of SSR Part-I, and connected to earthing test point complete inclduing testing filling of adquate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt inclduing refilling earth and removal of surplus soil upto 50 mtrs apart and PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber precast RCC cover 40mm thick nrinforces with 6 mm dia MS bar 3 Nos both way with handle made out of 20 mm dia MS base water pipe with wire mesh, funnel etc and connecting testing etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chemical earthing complete with Copper earth plate electrode 90cmx60cm x 5 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to depth not less than 3.00 mtr below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level connected to and including Copper strip of 32x6mm as earth lead up to 7.5 mtr long fixed by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers or brazing etc. of galvanised iron or steel including provn of GI protection pipe light grade of 40mm bore and connected to earth strip earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No.5 of SSR Part-I 2009 and as specified or indicated and testing on completion including necessary excavation & earthwork in any type of soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, precast slab 50mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4)type B1 (reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (XPM) of weight not less than 4kg/sqm) with frame, funnel with watering pipe of 15mm bore medium grade, wire mesh and lugs, test point including salt (150KG), Coal dust(100KG) & Magnesium sulphate (150KG) including refilling of earth pit with cultivated soil and removal of surplus soil upto 50mtrs apart etc. complete. Note: Copper strip exceeding 7.5m long shall be measured & paid separately.The earth resistance value less than 1 ohm.Failing to achieve the value the contractor shall be re do the earthing without any extra cost.

Demolition of existing damaged valve pits and provn of new earth pit chamber of size 30cmx30cmx30cm constructed in PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate including cast iron frame with hinged pit cover of size 12"x12" having 7 kg weight all as per electrical plate No.3 and as directed.

Demolition of existing damaged valve pits Cover and provn of earth pit chamber new cover of size 30cmx30cmx30cm constructed in PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded aggregateand pit cover of size 12"x12" having 10 kg weight all as per electrical plate No.3 and as directed.

Supply & fix GI pipe of dia 25 mm 1.5 RM long Light grade vertically fixed by means of PCC 1:2:4 of size 2x2x1.5 Cubic Feet for mounting of Copper air termination rod including fabrication work for mounting insulators on GI Pipe all as directed

Supply and fixing in repair Copper strip 32x6 mm fixed with saddles, insulators and screws etc for roof conductor and down conductor above ground, including breazing at joints complete all as directed.

Supply & Fix in repair earthing strip insulators made of any material as PVC/Fiber/porcelain including nut and bolt suitable for fixing / support of copper/GI strip of size upto 32x6 mm all as directed.
