AMC of electrical maintenance of ESP , FOPH & Chimney Stg I (2x300MW) and Stg II (2x500 MW) ETP of SgTPP , WBPDCL

Mandatory Job : Electrical Maintenance Contract of ESP, Chimney & FOPH of U#1 & U#2 (300 MW) & U#3 & U#4 (500MW) & ETP forTwo Years as per Scope of Work in attached ANNEXUREs.

PIECEMEAL JOB: Inspection of ESP field for break down

PIECEMEAL JOB: Maintenance and troubleshooting/rectification of Faulty ESP fields those having IR value Zero

PIECEMEAL JOB: Replacement and Refitting of TR units.

PIECEMEAL JOB: All the bus sections to be cleaned & tightness checking including cleaning and checking of corresponding Dry type Transformers. The said job need to be done during periods of short shut down or Overhauling of units based on available opportunity

PIECEMEAL JOB: Checking & Repair/Replacement of GD Screen & Guide Vane.

PIECEMEAL JOB: All Hoppers checking during Short Shutdown of Units by opening the manhole doors and inspection from CRM Floor. If required, evacuation of ash manually by poking / hammering or any other suitable method in multiple hoppers

PIECEMEAL JOB: Checking and rectification of CRM & ERM systems. This may include replacement of Pin wheels, changing of hammers, alignment of shock bar and anvil pad.

PIECEMEAL JOB:Replacement of CRM or ERM Shaft along with changing of total hammers set

PIECEMEAL JOB : Cable Jointing (3C * 185sq.mm.) Al XLPE

PIECEMEAL JOB: LT Motor Bearing Replacement(0.37 - 9.3 KW)

PIECEMEAL JOB: LT Motor Bearing Replacement(50- 90 KW)

PIECEMEAL JOB: Cable Laying 185 sq. Mm.,3 Core, Cu/Al Cable

PIECEMEAL JOB: Cable Laying 4 Core,50/70 sq. Mm. Cable underground by digging soil, average depth 2" and back filling
