(B)ALL SPARES ARE TO BE SOURCED THROUGH OEM AND OEM SUPERVISION IS TO BE ENSURED FOR ROUTINE/REPAIRS OF ALL EQUIPMENT. (C)IF SHIP REFIT AT SHIPYARD CONTINUES BEYOND 60 DAYS FOR ANY REASON INCLUDING FORCE MAJEURE, ALL ADMIN/GENERAL SERVICES ARE TO BE EXTENDED WITHOUT ADDITIONAL COST.

Anchor & Cables-Post survey of cable chain, clean and paint as per approved paint scheme in NO 53/16. Marking of entire cable length to be undertaken. Sand blast if required.

Anchor & Cables-Move and lubricate anchor flukes. Examine associated hull fittings. Examine all spare chain cable and fittings, clean and coat as per NO 53/16.

Anchor & Cables-Survey SW hawsers and associated fittings. Load Test to proof load of 417 KN, Apply Break Load of 583 KN. Certificate to be provided.

Lifiting slings & Chain block-Inspect and weight test, floatation test, drop test and lifting test of Chain Block. Capacity- 3 ton.

Lifiting slings & Chain block-Inspect and weight test, floatation test, drop test and lifting test of Gemini lifting sling.

Rigging (Mast, Funnels and Dressing Lines)-Rigging-Mast, Funnels and dressing lines- Examine eye plates and surrounding structure for evidence of corrosion on fittings. Chip, recoat with appropriate paint as required.

Aluminum brows are to be examined/repaired and load tested upto 300 kg. Lifitng handles to be fittted at the end of brows for lifting.

Load test of all lifting appliances to be carried out as per specifications. LOAD TEST CERTIFICATES TO BE PROVIDED

Examine all reels the structure in their immediate vicinity for distortion, corrosion or cracking of welds. Repair/renew as required.

Examine all roller fairleads the structure in their immediate vicinity for distortion, corrosion or cracking of welds. Repair/renew as required.

Examine all bollards the structure in their immediate vicinity for distortion, corrosion or cracking of welds. Repair/renew as required.

Examine base/ foundations of all deck fittings/ machineries on whether decks for any distortion, corrosion or cracking of welds/plates. Repair/renew as required.

Anchor Windlass-Overhauling to be carried out. Strip down for examination of all bearings, clutches and brake linings, renew if necessory. Examine linings, grease all pins, replace and adjust.

Examine all stanchions and Shoes and heel fittings for distortion and structure in the vicinity of heel fittings. Replace broken stanchions including Shoes with 1.25 inch GI pipe.

WT Doors-Check clips for looseness and wedge pieces for signs of wear. Renew leather washers of toroidal sealing rings where necessary. Chalk test door seating and renew rubber.

WT Scutteles-Renew perished rubber seatings and Chalk test rubber seatings, water test by hose of Scuttles Port holes. Replaced all the nut/bolt with SS.

Survey hatch and manhole covers. Remove and clean hatch and tumbler hinge pins. Grease and replace. Remove air test plug and ensure testing hole in thread is clear.Renew rubber seatings, and carry out chalk test. Renew associated fitting if necessory

04 Cocks and 03 Valves fitted in sanitory system defective. To be renewed. Mat- Standard SS Fittings.

F/W Pump Hydrophore- ANNUALLY-1: Open impeller casing and check condition of impeller sealing ring, casing etc. for sign of tear and wear/ corrosion. Replace if required.

HP Air Compressor- 250 H1: Check the compressor running sound and vibration tightness of running bolts and other fasteners. Check air leak at pressure line, intercooler, safety valves, after cooler, non-return valves etc. Reset pressure cut off and cut in pressures. Rectify air leaks, tighten fasteners.

HP Air Compressor- 250 H2: Renew suction filter.

HP Air Compressor- 250 H3- Renew compreessor lub oil. Oil used - Elgi Air lube, Qty- 3 Ltrs.

HP Air Compressor- 250 H4- Check pressure switch operation and ensure prper CUTOFF and CUT in pressure. Cut off pr-30 bar, Cut in pr- 22 bar.

Feed Water Cargo System- ANNUALLY REFIT-1: Overhauling valves in the system; carry out pressure testing up to 1-½ times of the working pressure. Qty 02 Valves, Size-125 mm, working press- 8kgf/cm2.

Fuel Oil System- Clean all storage tanks and RU tanks inspect for rust and corrosion.Preserve tanks post cleaning.

Fuel Oil System- Overhauling of valves in the system; carry out pressure testing up to 1-½ times of the working pressure. If required re-condition them. Size-80 mm.

HP air system- Strips and examine all reducing valves and relief valves. Carry out pressure testing and renew parts as necessary. Relief vv set pr- 32 bar, Reducing vv set pr-08 bar.

HP air system- Calibrate all pressure gauges in the system. Calibration certificates to be provided.Range- 0-45 kg/cm2, Renewed if requred.

Remove, refit, clean and pressure test all air stop valves.

Diesel Generator- Carry out following 2000 hrly routines of all 03 DA's:- Renew lub oil filters. Qty-04.

Diesel Generator- Renew lub oil. Qty-80 ltrs, Oil used-15W40.
