Excavation of earth for pipeline in following strata lift upto 1.5 m lead upto 30 m including refilling, watering, ramming of excavated earth into the trenches and removal of surplus earth upto a distance of 60 m from trenches including supply of labour, T & P etc.all complete assuming that 90% pipe line is laid in trenches, it is estimated that 75% excavation will be in soil mixed with shingle, bajari and boulders and rest 25% will be in medium rock. Dismantling of old and existing G.I. pipes for repair the or for replacing by new pipes as required at site. Medium Duty (class 'B') 32 mm

Relaying of old, existing & dismantling G.I. pipes for repair the existing pipe lines or for re-using them on new alignment as the case may be as required at site. Medium Duty (class 'B') 20 mm

Supply and fixing of the following fittings including cartage of materials, labour, T & P etc complete G.M. Wheel valves (Class I) as per IS 778/1971 25 mm dia.

Constructing stone masonry Chamber's of following sizes in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) i/c necessary excavation, foundation concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 fine sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) 20mm thick, as per standard design : Chamber of size 1.20mx1.20mx1.20m

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.50m in width or 10.0sqm in plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.50m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50m in all kinds of soil.

Random rubble masonry laid in 1:6 cement and sand mortar breast walls, retaining walls etc. including supply of all material, labour, T&P and royalties etc. complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 702, 704, 1202 & 1203 of MORD specification.

Distribution System
