REPAIRS / CLEANING OF SEWAGE LINE, SEPTIC TANK, SOAK WELL UNDER AGE B/R-I (ARMY) BHUJ AT OTM LOC IN MIL STN BHUJ

Taking out liquid sludge including floating sludge contents from septic tank of any description and in any position and cleaning septic tank up to bottom including walls at any depth from ground level by pumping through sewage disposal pump / honey sucker pump ( as directed by the Engr-in-charge and as on required basis) and removing the liquid sludge outside of the MD land or nearer manhole of civil sewage line in such a manner that there shall be no nuisance and no unhygienic environment complete all as specified and directed. Note: Pump , honey sucker pump and sludge removal van / vehicles shall be arranged by contractor at his own cost and nothing extra shall be governed by the Deptt.

Taking out sedimented sludge left out after taking out and removing liquid sludge/effluent , from septic tank of any description, in any position and of any depth, removing the sludge depositions as directed, cleaning septic tank up to bottom, including walls and removing and disposal of the sedimented/solid sludge at any depth to a distance of n.exc 250 mtr distance and burying in ground complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Pump , honey sucker pump and sludge removal van / vehicles shall be arranged by contractor at his own cost and nothing extra shall be governed by the Depth.

Cleaning of existing chocked/ blocked sewage lines of 150mm bore, of any description and in any position by taking out loose sediment sand, girt, ash, sludge water, rags, fibre or vegetation from the sewage line up to 1.5M depth from GL including removal of sludge/debris outside of MD L and in such a manner that there shall be no nuisance and no unhygienic environment at the place of disposal complete all as specified and directed

Cleaning of existing chocked/ blocked sewage lines of 200mm bore, of any description and in any position by taking out loose sediment sand, girt, ash, sludge water, rags, fibre or vegetation from the sewage line up to 2.00m depth from GL including removal of sludge/debris outside of MD L and in such a manner that there shall be no nuisance and no unhygienic environment at the place of disposal complete all as specified and directed

Cleaning of existing chocked/ blocked sewage lines of 300mm bore, of any description and in any position by taking out loose sediment sand, girt, ash, sludge water, rags, fibre or vegetation from the sewage line up to 2.00M depth from GL including removal of sludge/debris outside of MD L and in such a manner that there shall be no nuisance and no unhygienic environment at the place of disposal complete all as specified and directed

Opening and cleaning of blockage of kitchen/bath traps or WC any pattern and in any position by rodding, manually or mechanically upto 1st manholes as directed by Engr-in-charge and as on required basis) complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of blocked manhole of any description and in any position depth n exc 1.5 m deep mechanically or manually by taking off sludge waste /night soil and silted soil from the existing manhole of any size collecting and removal of sludge in sealed container out of the cantonment area in such a manner that there shall be no nuisance and no unhygienic environment at the places of disposal area complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc. 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation for laying /taking down sewage / water supply lines , forming bottom surfaces to required slope & gradient and n.exc 10sqm on plan and n 'exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (glazed stone ware, AC or reinforced concrete),150 mm dia pipe of any description and in any position set and jointed in cement mortar and S&F jointing and testing for reinforced concrete drain pipes, 150mm bore, class NP-2, laid and jointed with collar in CM (1:1) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (glazed stone ware, AC or reinforced concrete),200 mm dia pipe of any description and in any position set and jointed in cement mortar and S&F jointing and testing for reinforced concrete drain pipes, 200mm bore, class NP-2, laid and jointed with collar in CM (1:1) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (glazed stone ware, AC or reinforced concrete),300 mm dia pipe of any description and in any position set and jointed in cement mortar and S&F jointing and testing for reinforced concrete drain pipes, 300mm bore, class NP-2, laid and jointed with collar in CM (1:1) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for concrete bed to drain pipes in cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) including packing under, and haunching against the side of the pipes after they are laid tested for pipes of 150mm dia complete all as specified and directed

M&L for concrete bed to drain pipes in cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) including packing under, and haunching against the side of the pipes after they are laid tested for pipes of 200mm dia complete all as specified and directed

M&L for concrete bed to drain pipes in cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) including packing under, and haunching against the side of the pipes after they are laid tested for pipes of 300mm dia complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of pre-cast concrete block masonry built in cement mortar of any description in any position complete all as directed

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6 complete Type B-1, 1:5:10 (20mm graded aggregate and 12.50 mm in the ratio as directed and specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on concrete/ fair surfaces of block masonry, finished even and smooth without using extra cement with and including mixing water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch "A' as supply only on requirement basis

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping exposed surfaces finished even and smooth using extra cement including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of RCC manholes covers of any description and in any position complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L pre-cast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) for manholes covers duly engraved "MES" marking including placing in position and set in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT 6 to 8mm dia as in reinforcement cut to length bent to shape required including cranking etc and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as directed.

Returning ,filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick in soil in any depth complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil/ materials to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as directed.

Demolition of concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not specifically provided for complete all as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B2(using 40mm graded aggregate) as in benching surface channels including fair finishes of surfaces chamfering, throating and weathering and necessary form work complete as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of manholes, mass concrete etc. complete all as directed.

M & L Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate ) smooth finished, and reforming benching as required for 150 mm to 300 mm dia of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Vitreous China, wash down water closet pan "Pedestal pattern" white including connection to drain and to flush pipe and anti syphonic pipe including all joints and making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified.

S & F vitreous china squatting pan, Orissa pattern, size 580 x 440 mm white with integral foot rests and connection to trap and to flushing pipe, anti syphonage pipe etc (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) complete with provision of lime concrete bedding including & fixing new WC in repair and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid designer and concept ceramic tiles, joint free, coloured tiles 7mm to 8 mm thick (Square or rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tile laid over and includin screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4 ) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles, coloured tiles, 200mm x 300mm x 7mm thick on vertical faces ie. as in skirting/dado etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles fix over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rain water pipes 110mm ,of any description and in any position, including all fittings , heads, shoes, bends, swan necks, etc., (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories)complete all as specified.

M&L plain cement concrete( 1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations filling / mass concrete complete all as specified.

Supply only, chain link fencing of MS galvanized mesh of size complete all as specicfiedand directed

Fixing only chain link fencing incliding fline wires, any mesh , size and type fixed of any line wire & necessary bolts to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc., incliding provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed Note : Supply only chain link fencing and line wire will be measeured and paid separetly.

M&L for mild steel works as in angle iron / flat iron fencing post, fixed independently ; posts and struts in fencing.; flat iron fillets, balusters, nosing to steps, wind ties etc., and similar work including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire , etc conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 , including painting all steel surfaces alround complete all as specified and directed Note : Shape and Size of the post / other items, shall be all as directed by the Engineer -in-charge as specifically approved.

Supply only mild screw bolts ( Machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends , each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exceeding 15 cm but not exceeding 40 mm long with and dia of neck 11 to 15mm complete all as specified and directed 5 to 10 mm dia. of shank complete all as specified and directed

Material only 10mm dia round bars used to uphold the chain link fencing, cut to length and bend to shape including binding with mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9 mm dia for binding at over lapping complete all specified and directed duly painted before placed in position complete all as specified.

Preparation of newly steel surfaces of any description and in any position exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only water proofing compound all as specified and directed. Note :- The retreived materials have been mentioned in the Sch of credit in the tender documents in pdf form. The amount of Sch of credit will be deducted offline from the amount of BOQ at the time of acceptance.
