Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mixer ( Pug Mill), carriage of mixed materials by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in two layers of each 75mm (of total 150mm thick ) in base course on a well prepared sub base and compacting with 80 -100 kN weight vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion etc., as per table 400.11&400.12 and technical specification clause 406 & as per 3004 MORD/MORTH 2013 (As per standard data RBR SBBS-11 (A), by mechanical means)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (rapid setting) on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Tech. specification No 502 MORTH (As per standard data RBR-BASC-1b)

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete for a thickness of 30 mm with 40-60 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 37.5 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous 80/100 binder @ 4.5 to 5 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 508 and semi dense bituminous concrete (SDBC) shall be as per 509 MORD 2014 complete in all respects.
