Dismentalling of 63KVAs Transformers from double pole/plinth including opening of all connections, circuits & earthing strip etc.

Dismentalling of 25KVAs Transformers from double pole/plinth including opening of all connections, circuits & earthing strip etc.

Installation/Mounting of new 100 KVA Transformes on plinth pole structure and fixing of channel/angle etc and making all connections of HT and LT side and its complete commissioning.

Installation/Mounting of new 63 KVA Transformes on plinth pole structure and fixing of channel/angle etc and making all connections of HT and LT side and its complete commissioning.

Fabrication of MS channel angle iron after cutting in requried size with drilling of holes upto good finish for top channel, breasing and special type bracket etc. as per RESSPO schedule and local approved drawing.

Chemical earthing of distribution transformes including digging of pit of size 2.5mtr depth and make hole of size 150mm . Placing the earth electrode (to be supplies by contractor as per drawing no A) as drawing B. Connecting the same with GI Strip of size 35x6mm as per drawing C for a minimum length 6mtr. Treatment of soil with highly conductive substance as per IS30343 complete in all respect, result of earthing resistance to be recorded in MB before and after installation of earthing. The earth resistance after earthing should be less than 1Ohm.

Laying and errection of LT PVC cable including crimping of lugs 1x70, 120, 150 Sqmm (including all cost of material)

Back head load cartage/manual shifting/lifting with crane/hydra of the 63KVA Transformers along with loading/ unloading at both points up to 0 to 1Km.
