Taking down carefully copper point wiring (light, fan, socket or power, bell complete fitting such as sockets, ceiling roses, pendants, batten holders, regulators and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall, floors, ceiling in CM 1:3 etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L for concealed existing conduit point wiring complete for light/ fan on independent /combine board with cable 1.5 sqmm (Nominal area) FRLS PVC insulated multistranded unsheathed copper conductor controlled by one switch including continuous earth continuity conductor along with point wiring of 1.5 sqmm copper PVC insulated cable connected to common earth dolly with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover fixed with brass screwed and cup washers, duly grouting and painted with red oxide metal primer and making the good disturbed surfaces of wall in CM 1:3 with white wash or existing colour complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in charge.

Dismantling of complete Ceiling fan 1200/1400 mm sweep (i.e.,) down rod with its Canopies, Shackle, Condenser housing with its rubber bushes, split pins, unscrewing the body parts of Ceiling fan, taking out starter, rotor winding ball bearing, gun metal bush etc. complete to carry out the following repairs :- (a) Removing of burnt out fan winding and rewinding of starter with suitable size of Copper enamelled wire, varnishing heating as per manufactures design and directed. (b) Re-assembling complete Ceiling fan by fixing only serviceable of old/new spare parts (i.e.,) rubber bush of shackle and condenser housing, condenser, gun metal bushes, ball bearing, twin twisted Copper cable, down rod assembly with its shackle condenser housing and Canopies & split pins complete all as specified and design to give designed air delivery including greasing, oiling etc all as directed.

All as per Item No.50 above but exhaust fan of size up to 300 mm sweep.

All as per Item No.50 above but wall mounted fan of size 450 mm sweep. Note: for Item No. 50 to 52: (a) Supply only spare parts found unserviceable/defective will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Sch 'A'. M&L for servicing of Split AC 1.5 TR / 2.0 TR complete indoor/outdoor type units means of adding, cleaning solution (HCL) or equivalent solution with water. The cleaning of the condenser and chillier units is done with use of nylon brushers till the scaling is removed including replacment insulation of exiting copper tubing inlet-outlet complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down electric water heaters (geysers) of capacity 25 Litres storage type, disconnecting of electric and water connections, taking out inner shell from outer cover, removing the thermostat switch, geyser element and geyser assembly, cleaning the inner shell (copper) with Mack solution including thermostat, geyser assembly and heating element, testing the inner tank for any leakage and rectification by soldering / brazing. Re - assembling the geyser and mounting on the grouted bolts and connecting with electric and water supply system and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note : Inner Shell, outer Cover, thermostat switch, geyser element and geyser assembly, bottom covers shall be measured and paid as supply only separately , if replaced as required).
