01 Nos of Helpdesk Assistant (skilled),01 Nos of Helpdesk Attendant (semi skilled) , 01 Nos of Shift Supervisor (Highly skilled) and 01 Nos of Reserved Lounge Attendant (semi skilled) per day as per scope and specification of work mentioned in clause no. 1 on page 26 of Tender Documents (Special Conditions and Specifications) and according the directions & complete satisfaction of work-in-charge for a period of 03 years (365 X 3) days.(Further Extendable by 12 Months) Note: Following is included in the scope of work: 1.Serving Food & Beverages to the VIPs and ensuring cleanliness of the Reserve Lounges. 2. Providing and serving mineral water, tea, coffee, cookies to the VIPs. Agency has to arrange the required equipment/material for the same (including tea/coffee vending machine, Tissue paper, crockeries etc.) at no extra cost. Daily average number of VIP guests visiting the Airport is 2. 3.Agency will provide uniform to the deployed manpower. Design/color of which will be approved by AAI. The uniform will have the agency’s Logo. At least 50% of the manpower deployed must constitute of female and rest can be males. 4.Total Number of headcount per day shall be 4 and accordingly contractor has to recruit manpower.The total manpower including reliever is to be engaged for manning one shift each with 8 hours duty period. Shift timings may be modified by AAI as per operational requirement of the airport. Any deviation from mentioned number of staffs will attract penalties as stated in clause 6 of special conditions of contract.
