M&L for premix bituminous, macadam with binder content of 4% by weight of total mix using paving bitumen VG-30 grade, laid/ rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) complete all as specified and directed. Note for item No. 01 & 03 :(i) Aggregates for Bituminous works shall confirm to clause No 20.B.2.5 of SSR 2009 Part- I (ii) Based on job mix formula, in case the binder content (i.e. Bitumen) is less than the content specified under these items then a minus adjustment @ per kg rate of bitumen as per Purchase Voucher provided by contractor (less consumption) shall be applied on the quoted rate of contractor against these items, hence the quoted rate of contractor shall be reduced based on less content of bitumen required as per job mix formula. However, no price adjustment on plus side shall be made for increase of quantity of bitumen in case of required as per job mix formula. (iii) Design Mix for bituminous macadam shall be carried out through an authorised testing lab and the cost of testing shall be included in quoted rate.

M&L for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 kg per 10 sq metre VG-10 (Paving bitumen) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous premix asphaltic dense concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder (paving bitumen VG-30) content by weight of total mix as in semi dense asphaltic concrete rolled and compacted to reqd camber complete all as specified and directed

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc 400 sqm and deep exc 50mm and not exc 100 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 kg per 10 sq metre VG-10 (Paving bitumen) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to potholes any depth, not exceeding 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm using paving bitumen putting in premix as specified for thin bituminous carpet ( 2 cm thick) well rammed and sealed with premixed sand seal coat ( 6.8 kg of binder with 0.06 Cum of sand), again well rammed (including supply of premix binder and sand) depth of pot holes n exc 30mm complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 7 but except sand seal coat complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 ( using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in coping/kerb/Road side parapet/Side of interlocking etc. including weathering and throating including necessary formwork etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete(un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2(using 40 mm aggregate) fiished fair and even in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fine sand for cushion paver block avg 40 mm thick under interlocking tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for laying hot applied thermoplastic compound (paint) 2.50 mm thick including reflecting glass beads incl cost of all materials, labour, machinery, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work incl all other charges. The finished surfaces to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes as per MORTH specification No. 803 as per IRC. Painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc. on roads, pavements and the like n exc. 10 cm wide with road marking paint, white or golden yellow complete all as specified and directed.
