Demolition of cement concrete(unreinforced)/rigid pavement/Hardstanding of any description and in any position by using mechanical method including cutting by machine of existing edge of any thickness compelete all as sepecfied and directed by EIC

Removing demolished materials (other than soil) to a distance exceeding 1.5 Km but not exceeding 5 Km and depositing outside MD Land inlcuding loading ,unloading and stacking at the destination complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for 10 mm thick sand cushion with clean river sand duly clear of residual ,organic and deleterious materials spread uniformly laid over DLC layer as specified and directed

M&L for 400 micron HDPE sheet virgin quality having min weight 390 gm per sqm over sand layer complete all as specfied and directed

M&L for pavement quality control concrete (PQC) of flexural strength not less than 45kg/sq cm in field using graded aggregate ,minimum cement content 400 kg/cum mixed with non circular /triangular synthetic fibre @ 0.25% by weight of cement as directed including formwork complete all as specified and directed

Supply only polyester non circular fibres 12mm long with circum circle diameter 30 to 35 micron desinged for melting point of 240 to 260 degree celsius and having specific gravity 1.34 to 1.40 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for finishing surface of concrete roads, pavements by brooming while concrete is green complete all as specified and directed

M&L for forming construction/ dummy joints 8-10 mm wide and 100 mm deep,primed and providing backup rod/debonding strip of size 10/12 mm dia and top 10 mm primed and sealed with and using polyurethane based selant compound with suitable primer as per manufactures instruction complete all as specified and directed

M & L for providing cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 using 40mm graded stone aggrage as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M & L for 100mm thick cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in hard standing/ pavings in alternate bays including use of necessary formwork and finishing concrete topping even and fair without using extra cement and spike rolling to surface or making impressions of expanded metal , whilst the concrete is green complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for forming contraction (dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound of Grade 'B' complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for forming construction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound, Grade 'B' complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) n .exe 15 cm thick and removing demolished materials outside MD Land compelete all as sepecfied and directed by EIC

M&L for providing precast reinforced cement concrete of type B1 (1:2:4) (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slabs complete all as specified and directed

S&F TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia

M&L for desilting/removing of earth depositing from drain/ nallah/trenches etc of any description and in any position getting out and disposal of earth /debris outside MD land complete all as specified and dirceted Note: Nature of silt/ earth deposit in drain/nallah is soft/loose soil)

M&L for removal of existing RCC drain cover slab of any size and refixing the same in existing position mechanically with crane/JCB with suitablle harness before and after cleaning the drain around runway. Note- Cleaning item of drain paid seprately and any damage to drain / RCC drain cover slab during removing and refixing of cover shall be repaired by conctractor at own cost and as directed by EIC.

Rough excavation n ecx 1.5 m deep and getting out any type of soil Complete all as specified.

Removing excavated material exc 500m but n exc 1.5km and deposited where directed.

Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n exc 30cm thick, watering,ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape etc n exc 1.5m high from base (Note : lead for earth 500m)

Dismantling mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S & F for framed work such as grills, gratings etc, framed guard bars, railings and similar work conforming to Fe 290. Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10CM in width and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer.

Raking out sealing compound (Grade 'B' or Polyurethane sealent) from existing expansion joints of dimension 25 mm to 30 mm wide and 40 mm deep, removing spalling existing grade B on joint edges & surface and the debris from site by sweeping the concrete surface with brooms, cleaning with compressed air, treating sides and bottom of the joints with primer as per manufacturer's directions and filled with preformed closed cell polyethylene backup rod/strip of 25/32 mm dia, sealing with pitch free polyurethane grey sealant (minimum depth of sealant above backup rod shall be 10 mm) conforming to BS-5212 (Type FB) and M&L for applying masking tape on edges of joints to prevent accidental spillage of sealant and removing the masking tape after application of sealant all as specified and directed
