Material & labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed blocks for hold fasts including necessary form works complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix flush shutter, 30 mm thick, solid core construction with block board core, and ply wood face panels but one face is covered with decorative laminate face veneer with lipping complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix 35mm thick 2nd class hardwood factory made plain framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9mm B.W.P commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces , size of rail and stile as per IS:1003 (Part-I), Klin seasoned and chemically pressure treated all as per SSR complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix 2nd class hard wood 35 mm thick glazed and gauzed skelton shutters factory made, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc (without sash bars) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix solid PVC double door frame of size 50mm x 95 mm with a wall thickness of 5 mm, made by jointing 3 Nos, hear bent PVC sheet 'C' channel of 5 mm foam sheet of sizes 35mm x 30mm x 25mm and 40mm x 35 mm x 40mm & 25 mm x 30mm x 35mm using solvent cement. The two side 'C' channel shall be reinforced with 19mm x 19mm MS square tusbe of 19mm gauge. All the three 'C' channel shall be fixed to flat baseof 5 mm PVC sheet with solvent cement. The profile shall be mitre cut at two corners and jointed by inserting 4 Nos. 150mm long brackets of 15 mm x 15mm MS suare tusbe inside the 19mm x 19mm square tubes. The door frame shall be fixed to the wall using 65/100 mm long MS screws throguh the frameby using PVC fasteners. A minimum of 8 Nos of screws to be sprovide for each vertical member & minimum 4 nos for horizontal member etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

The inner panel laminated with 2mm thick termite proof, water proof and fire resistant moulded PVC sheet with 2 raised panel design in different plain and 2mm plain coloured PVC sheet on other side using rubber adhesive on flush door & solvent cement adhesive on the PVC lipping etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix 30mm thick factory made wiremesh solid PVC door shutter consisting of frame made out of 19 gauge thickness & size of 19 mm x 19mm of style and 15mm x 15mm for top, lock and bottom rails. And in addition one veritical member throughout in between styies. MS frame shall be covered with 5mm thick heat moulded PVC 'C' channel of appropriate sixe 15mm wide PVC sheet beading is to be stuck internally in the back side of stiles and ralls of door with solvent cment adhesive. So that the wiremesh can be fixed properly. The wiremesh solid shutter have PVC sheet to match the sutter of PVC moulded shutter etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix PVC door PDS-01 comprising of shutter and frame all as shown on drg No.CEAA/TD/149 sheet No. 1/1 (PVC RIGIDE FOAM) , door frame/ chowkhats of solid rigid foam profile FP-6030 and shutter of solid PVC foam profile FP 7114 with 4 mm thick high pressure compact laminate as infill (Panel) including necessary hardeware fittings/Iron mongre complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix fatory made "Rajshri" PVC internal door frame manufractured by Rajshri of the size 120mmx50mm(double door frame) with a wall thickness of 5mm PVC celuka sheet of density 600Kg/cbm manufractured by an ISO-9000 certified company, made out of extruded 5mm PVC celuka sheet, mitre cut at two corners and joined with two Nos, of 150mm long brackets of 15mmx15mm M.S square tube. The two vertical door profiles are to be reinforced with 20mm x20mm M.S tube of 19 guage throughout the frame. The door frame shall be fixed to the wall using 65/100mm long M.S screws through the frame by using PVC fasteners. A minimum of 4 Nos of screws to be provided for each vertical member & minimum 2 Nos for horizontal member etc complete as per manufractures specification complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix 30mm thick factory made internal PVC one side prelem door shutter wood free consisting of frame made out of M.S tubes of 19 guage thickness and size of 20mm x 20 mm for stiles as well as top bottom & lock rail. The inside panel shall consist of 20mm thick multi chamber hollow PVC section of 1mm wall thickness, bonded using solvent cement adhesive with 5mm (+0.5) thick prelam PVC sheet of the inside panel. All the four edge of the panel to be sealed with lipping of 10mm thick & 20 mm wide PVC sheet baton(made by sticking 2Nos. rigid foam PVC sheets of 5mm (+0.5) thickness using PVC solvent cement adhesive. 20mm thick (5mm x 4 Nos) Thick PVC sheet to be given for lock provision at lock provision at lock height complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix 30mm thick factory made wire mesh solid PVC door shutter consisting of frame made out of M.S tubes of 19 guage thickness and size of 20mm x 20 mm for stiles and 15mm x 15mm for top, lock & bottom rails. 20mm x 20mm M.S square tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick heat moulded Rajshri PVC 'C' channel of size 30mm thickness, 90mm width out of which 75mm shall be flat and 15mm shall be PVC beading on either side forming stiles & 5mm thick 115mm wide PVC sheet out of which 100mm shall be flat and 15mm shall be PVC beading on the inner side to from top and bottom rail and 130mm wide PVC sheet out of which 100mm shall be flat and 15mm shall be PVC beading on from lock rail 10mm (5mm x2) thick, 20mm wide cross PVC sheet as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail. Panel will be Alumunium wire mesh fitted in by 'C' channel of size 35mm x 10mm on the eitherside in stiles. The inner side 'C' channel is fixed by 20mm x 20mm M.S. tube on both sides with screws. The wire mesh in top, bottom & lock rail is sealed with total 8 pars of 15mm x 15mm & 20mm x 20mm tube with aluminium wire 10mm (5mm x 2) thick PVC strip of 25mm width is to be stuck & nails on both side of aluminium wire mesh interior at the top, bottom & lock rail complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for aluminium window with double side hung shutter for glazing and gauging and frame with one or more rebates made out of anodised aluminium section including section for fixing of aluminium grills with suitable fixtures, jointing cleats for fixing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading screws, anodised aluminium beading screws, type B20 100mm long suitable handle, 75mm long tower bolt and anodised aluminum fittings such as stay, 75mm long Butt hinges glazing with 5 mm thick tinted sheet glass fixed with Solar control film 25 micron reflective type (gareware sun control or equivalent) and gauging with aluminium wire cloth of size 0.45mm dia of wire and 1.40mm aperture as per drg No. CEAA/TD/133 sheet No. 1/2 and 2/2 dated 13.12.02 except fixed glazing (FG) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(Tint of glass shall be approved by GE) Note :- Aluminium grill fixed under above item shall be measured and paid separately .

Supply & fix anodized aluminium ventilator fixed type with frames aluminium section size 63X38X1.20mm thick including fly proofing ventilator fixing with standard rubber gasket locking arrangements aluminium beadings & joining cleats, suitable butt hinges, handle and tower bolts for fixing complete all as specified and 5.5 mm thick tinted glass with Solar control film 25 micron reflective type (gareware sun control or equivalent) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix anodized aluminium grill (diamond shape of approx size 100x100mm) made out of aluminium 'Y' section as approved by Engr-in-Charge for window/ ventilators etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix aluminium fully glazed door with shutter and frame with one or more rebates made out of anodised aluminium sections, shutters fixed with floor spring hinge (ISI marked) including jointing cleats for fixing etc complete all as specified with panel of 6 mm thick tinted glass (tint of glass as approved by GE), clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws and aluminium fittings all as shown on drg No. CEAA/TD/132 sheet 1/2 and 2/2 except fixed glazing (FG) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix aluminium anodised approved make door shutter in single or double leaf with frames size 83 x 38 x 1.5 mm thick including 5.5 mm thick tinted, frosted, glass in half portion and 12mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior grade, one side with decorative choice and other side balancing (both side white laminated) , standard rubber gasket, powder coated aluminium beadings, disc type handles two Nos, , double action floor spring for each shutters and one mortice lock and joining cleat etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in repair Glass door 12mm Th clear tinted toughned glass incl diamond polish complete with six holes and two patch cut out incl frosting of glass all as per direction of EIC through CNC machine incl ISI marked floor door spring for each shutter incl top patch bottom patch and 30 cm long stainless steel handle set and central stainless steel lock complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed wih stainless steel wire staples as in wooden wiremesh shutter complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for solid PVC wall lining consisting of 5mm thick plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC frame complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for anodised aluminium snap grid size of grid 605mm x605mm frame work made out of 0.5mm thick GI tee 32x24mm for main, 25x44mm for cross tee and 20x20mm angle fixed on wall , powder coated finish on exposed faces of tee and angle , hung from ceiling using 2mm thick GI suspension wires spaced of 1200mm on main runners for false ceiling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for gypsum ceiling board for ceiling prepainted , matt finish, 600x600x12mm in size with preparation of approved brand/ make, laid over, grid work ro fixed with nails to any type of frame work or with staples on snap grid incl making niches for fan/light on ceiling purposes complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & labour for providing 12mm thick Gyp boards in ceilings fixed to ceiling sections with screws @ 300mm centre to centre and making good joints Gypsum binder including preparing the surfaces of ceiling boards and applying 2 coats of acrylic oil emulsion distemper with GI frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30mm and web of 27mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm centre to centre, intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having two equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45mm suspended from sofits at approxly 900mm centre to centre with GI cleats, GI suspenders and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section of 0.55mm thick having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each side with lips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel at 457mm centre to centre complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fix 3 mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality, and glazing with oil putty in square n exc 0.50 sqm in each pane as in Steel windows and at any height complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix 18/19 mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, including teak wood lipping, 6 mm thick on sides complete for cupboard shutter and incl shelves complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge..
