Erection of 100 KVA Transformer complete in all respect as directed by Engineer-in charge .

Erection of Lightening Arrestors (3 Nos Lightening Arrestors =1 Set) complete in all respect as directed by Engineer-in charge .

Erection of LT Distribution Box with MCCB complete in all respect as directed by Engineer-in charge .

Erection of Energy meters 200/5 Amp, complete in all respect as directed by Engineer-in charge .

Erection of Pipe Earthing 3 Nos=1 Set complete in all respect as directed by Engineer-in charge

Erection of LT Cable ,complete in all respect as directed by Engineer-in charge

Dismantalling of 63 KVA 22/0.4 KV DTR , LT Distribution Box , LT Tri-Vactor meter , LT Cable etc ,complete in all respect as directed by Engineer-in charge

Laying, stringing and sagging of ACSR 6/1/3.35mm /7/3.15mm, of 1 Ø LT line :-Laying of conductor, stringing and sagging, binding with insulator, making jumpers on dead poles.including fixing of LT X-arms as supplied for making earth & netural wire in parelled etc. complete in all respect, as per standard prectice of HPSEBL and as per direction of engineer in charge.

Laying, stringing and sagging of G.I. earth 8 SWG (1 wire) :-Laying of GI wire, stringing and sagging complete in all respect.as per standard prectice of HPSEBL and as per direction of engineer in charge.

Mannual Carriage:- Mannual carriage of 100 KVA, 22/.4 KV transformer alongwith allied material for an average lead of 0.600KM from site of work to road side. (Rate to be quoted for 1 kM lead only)

Providing D-Iron with shakle insulator , D-Iron made TATA/SAIL/Rashtriya Ispat M.S flat of 50x6mm suitable for 3"x3.5" shackle insulators, having three holes, one in each side suitable for use with 16mm bolt. D-Iron to be painted with superior quality black Japan paint . The size of D-Iron will be 125x75mm. The weight of D-Iron should not be less than 750 grams.

Providing LT Stay set made of M.S Round 1600 mm in length ,16 mm dia having thread upto 300 mm on one end, with one nut and one check nut to avoid slippage and eye of 40mm dia on other side and welded conforming REC Specifications. Elbow made of channel iron 75 x40 x6 mm,250 mm long and M.S. Round 60 mm dia , vertical height 300 mm, both end bent after putting into two holes in channel iron taking the ends out 25 mm minimum and welded with channel iron . One anchor of A.I. 50x50x6mm ,750 mmin length with one hole of 20 mm dia in the centre . The complete stay set shall be painted with superior quality black Japan paint.

Providing LT cross arm made of MS angel 75x75x6mm,1.5 meter long with half clamps made of MS flat 50x6mm with holes of suitable size .
