Supply and fixing PVC door frame of size 50x47mm with a wall thickness of 5mm made out of extruded 5mm rigid prelaminated PVC foam sheet mite cut at two corners and jointing with 2 Nos of 150mm long brackets of 15x15mm MS square tube of two vertical door profiles are to be reinforced with 19x19mm MS square tube of 19 guage WPDM rubber gasket weather seal tobe provided throughout frame the door frame shal be fixed to the wall using 100mm long MS screws through the frame by using PVC fastners. Supply and fixing of factory made solid panel prelaminated PVC door shutter consisting of frame made out of MS tube of 19 guage thickness and size of 19x19mm for styes and 15x15mm for topo and bottom rails. MS frame shall have a coat of steel primer of approved make and manufacturer. MS frame adhered with 5mm thick heat moulded PVC `L' chanel of size 30x75mm forming styles and 5mm thick, 100mm wide PVC sheet for top rail lock rail and bottom rail on either side and 5mm thick 20mm wide PVC sheet as gap inserted for top rail and bottom rail. panelling of 5mm PVC sheet to be fitted in MS frame to the styles and rails with 5mm thick 30mm wide PVC sheet beading on either side and jointed together with solvent cement adhesive etc Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Taking down aluminum anodized frame or shutter for window/ door/ ventilator with accessories/fitting n exc 2.00 sqm each as directed.

S&F Powder coated aluminium frame for Partition,doors, windows including sliding track, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing and also standerd closing and opening systems for louvers glass etc . complete all as specified and directed by Engr- In-Charge.

Supply and fixed powder coated Anodised aluminium door shutters and window, aluminium section weighing 0.55kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr- In-Charge.

S&F in repair Anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Mortice lock,Dead lock, lever lock for alumunium body of aluminium, vertical type of size 100mm of 2 levers etc compete all as specified and as directed

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips and providing and fixing new ones concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads as specified.

S&F for Figured glass 5 mm thick, pin head type in ventilator and glazing in squares n exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 300mm, ordinary rat tail mild steel rod pattern springs including roller and roller plate complete

S & F floor door stopper aluminium alloy body and tongue, anodized with hard drawn steel spring incl cleats etc fixed to door overall length of cover plate is 140 mm all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair for 25mm dia SS curtain rod having 1mm thickness with fixing brackets,screws, stops, rollers, with stainless steel decorative round curtain finials ends etc complete all as spd and directed.

M&L for Prelaminated particle board of size 18/19 mm thick, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to steel/ timber frame work all as speified and directed.

S&F for Hasp and staple,of aluminium anodized 100 mm , wire type including bolt to hinge plate and fixed with screws in cup board all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 2nd class HW beads straight (any size) for glazed gauged joinery, renewed including mitres etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

M&L for Virified Ceramic tiles (dark shaded) 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 completed all as specified and directed.

M&L non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/ rectangular ) area of each tile in floors etc.area of each tiles exc 0.11 sqm but n.exc. 0.18 sqm set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match, over and including 15 mm thick screed plaster in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

M&L for Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) 20 mm thick in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including poining in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite as specified

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid on CM 1:6 screed bed of 15 mm thick and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete

M&L for Mirror polishing on marble/ granite/ Kota stone/ stone work where ever required to give high gloss finish complete.

M&L for rounding to edges of slabs/granite one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations etccomplete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge

M&L for preparation and painting to new steel surface of any description over 10 cm in width or girth with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer etc complete all as directed.
