Overhauling of Bow Thruster on MFV Matsya Drushti

To undertake Overhauling of Bow Thruster as per the following SoW and Annexure-A to the satisfaction of HSL & ShipStaff.

i) Bow thruster gratings to be removed, cleaned, painted and fitted back in position with new SS fasterners/welding - 01No.

ii) Bow thruster electric motor (10kw) to be removed, overhauled, renewed bearings, boxup, fitted back in position, alignment to be done and operation to be showned to ship staff - 01No.

iii) Bow thruster seals to be removed, renewed with new seals, new seals supply in contractor scope, fitted in position and operation to be showned to ship staff - 01Set.

iv) Bow thruster blades to be cleaned, buffed, varnished and showned to ship staff - 01Set.

Consumables / Components / Items / Spares / Material: For executing of the above mentioned jobs, Contractor has to procure, supply all items and fitted in its place. Contractor has to quote lumpsum cost for materilas/spares/consumables for above entire Sow(Sl.No.1.1 to 1.4) and Annexure - A. The taxes will be paid as per actuals. The cost of spares quoted by the contractor will be considered " on not exceeding basis of total lumpsum cost mentioned in the BOQ'' for satisfactory completion of the specified SoW. Payment will be made at actuals on not exceeding quoted cost of this Serial (1.5) against third party/OEM invoice.
