Overhauling of Anchor Windlass and RR of Purscine Winch on MFV Matsya Darshini

To undertake complete Overhauling of Anchor windlass and Removal & Refitment of Purscine Winch as per the following SoW and Annexure-A to the satisfaction of HSL & ShipStaff.

Overhauling of Anchor Windlass

For executing of the above mentioned jobs, Contractor has to procure, supply all items and fitted in its place. Contractor has to quote lumpsum cost for materilas/spares/consumables for above entire Sow(Sl.No.1.1) and Annexure - A. The taxes will be paid as per actuals. The cost of spares quoted by the contractor will be considered " on not exceeding basis of total lumpsum cost mentioned in the BOQ'' for satisfactory completion of the specified SoW. Payment will be made at actuals on not exceeding quoted cost of this Serial (1.2) against third party/OEM invoice.

Removal and Refitment of Purscine Winch

For executing of the above mentioned jobs, Contractor has to procure, supply all items and fitted in its place. Contractor has to quote lumpsum cost for materilas/spares/consumables for above entire Sow(Sl.No.1.3) and Annexure - A. The taxes will be paid as per actuals. The cost of spares quoted by the contractor will be considered " on not exceeding basis of total lumpsum cost mentioned in the BOQ'' for satisfactory completion of the specified SoW. Payment will be made at actuals on not exceeding quoted cost of this Serial (1.4) against third party/OEM invoice.

Gypsy spocket bush renewal

Supply of Gypsy spocket bush: New Gypsy spocket bush is to be procured and supplied. New Gypsy spocket bush procurement in contractor scope

Replacement of shaft bearings (2 halves)

Supply of Shaft bearings (2 halves): New Shaft bearings (2 halves) is to be procured and supplied. New Shaft bearings (2 halves) procurement in contractor scope

Renewal of brake bands
