Block level Survey for the command area of Tellanur Branch canal with RS maps to show the area proposed for the FIC network to mark the field channels on the RS maps which shall correlate on the ground profile The FICs shall be preferably along the boundaries as per the field conditions in the alignments suitable cross drainage and structural works are to be proposed at required the position and designed Preparation of estimates for FICs Collection of documents like RTC etc with detailed drawings and designs comprehensive report L sections of FIC and Preparation of AUTOCAD maps joining map and individual sketches and Superimposing of sketches on the RS Map etc

Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Each of the documents uploaded to the e-portal should be self-attested by the agency or an authorized representative in case of firm / company shall be enclosed

List of Employees details shall be enclosed, Employees should be of age 18 years and above

Evaluation of Technical bid for qualification will be done based on the information provided the bidder as per his documents, duly verified if necessitates

The Selection Process is Based on Quality Cost Based Selection. (QCBS)

The intending bidder should enclose a work done certificate from competent Authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer for having completed the following item of works

Joint tenders are not accepted. Sub-leasing or G.P.A. of work is prohibited

Bidders/Tenderers should follow up and abide by the circular and memo issued by head office periodically

If the rates quoted by Tenderer for any items of work is or are below the estimated rates of the department then the contractor shall furnish an additional performance security in the form of FDR for an amount equivalent to the difference between the cost as per quoted rate and the estimated rates. In case of contractor quoting rate above 125% of the estimated rates, then the amount over and above 125% will be withheld during the progress of work advance fixed secured deposit of 5.0% of contract value should be given at the time of execution of the agreement

Undersign Reserves the right of rejecting all or any tenders without assigning any reasons

The requisite Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) through ONLINE only. EMD Should be valid for 45 days beyond the validity of tender

The tender processing fee shall not be refundable

The tenderer should furnish the Formats filled and signed by the competent authority as mentioned in the Bid document

The intending bidder should not be blacklisted or under any fraud charges cases as declared by Government of Karnataka

As per GO LD/300/L.E.T/2006 Dt: 18.01.07, 1% of bill amount will be held towards labor Welfare Cess

The successful bidder should execute work agreement within 10 days from the date of issue of Letter of Acceptance, failing which his tender Will be cancelled on Risk and Cost basis and his EMD will be forfeited

In the case of the death of the contractor after executing the agreement / commencement of the work, his legal heir, if is an eligible registered contractor and is willing can execute and complete the work at the accepted tender rates irrespective of the cost of the work

All safety precautions, warning signs, night illumination, reflectors, deployment of security guards has to be ensured so that no untoward incident happens on account of negligence or any project activity

All precautions should be taken by the contractor so that there are no damages to such public/private properties

Contractor should follow strictly the prevailing rules of labor act

Contractor should adhere to HSE (Health Safety Environment) policy applicable for similar projects

Contractor to that extent should submit HSE document defining all the procedure including the policies before execution of the project

Contractor should take all precautions to ensure that no damage is caused to the existing structures which have been constructed by other agencies during project execution. If any damage is caused, it has to be rectified at his own risk and cost

Conditional tenders will not be accepted

The tenderer shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of his tender, and the employer will in no case be responsible and liable for those costs

The employer is not responsible for any delay in accessing KPPP

Corrigendum will be published in the web site for all modifications/corrections, if any.

Security Deposit Will be withheld till the work completion certificate issued

Rates quoted should be Exclusive of GST

GST will be deducted as per the prevailing Govt Orders from time to time

The Successful bidder should abide by the Rules and Regulations of the Tender and in any case if he is seen violating such Rules and Regulations, Agreement with such a bidder would be terminated

Successful Bidder should submit the PERT Chart at the time of Execution of Agreement

As per FD GO dated 26.03.2019, NSIC exemption for EMD is not accepted

The firm should have own ISO 9001 : 2015 certification

Within 03 days of receipt of the Letter of Acceptance, The successful Tenderer shall deliver to the Employer a Security deposit for an amount equivalent to 5% of the Contract price plus additional security for unbalanced negotiated tenders in the form of TDR/FDR/Bank Guarantee from a Scheduled / Nationalized Bank in the name of the Executive Engineer, No.2, K.C division, Kollegala for an amount equivalent to 5% of the Contract price

The Consultant / Company / Ministry of Micro, Small and medium Enterprises. (herein after referred to as the consultant) should be registered with the Registrar of Companies and should have a minimum of 2 years of Experience as a Consultant/Company conducting similar assignments and should have a valid ISO certification

Others -- registered with MSME and Valid ISO certificate

The Consultant/Company/ Ministry of Micro, Small and medium Enterprises.Shall have successfully completed at least one similar assignment that is the firm should have executed any Irrigation work for atleast One projects in last 5 years for value not less than Rs 4.66 Lakhs. Note- Work done of previous years indicated above shall be given a weightage of 10 percentage per year to bring them to the price level of 2025-26

The successful bidder is supposed to establish a Temporary office accessible easily to the workplace and to the client office

Financial Status

Average Annual Turnover of the firm/agency shall not be less than the Estimated Annual payment under this contract that is Rs. 9.32 Lakhs in any two FY out of last five financial years (2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, & 2024-25). Proof of Turnover / Certificate from Chartered Accountant bearing valid UDIN to be produced.Note-Financial turnover of previous years indicated above shall be given ae. weightage of 10 percentage per year to bring them to the price level of 2025-26
