Agreemental-A[Rate-I] workers for execution as mentioned below: Proper supervision of 3 nos. 600 mm dia CISS pipe line including checking of all valves, chambers, air release valves & other accessories from Old Intake Pump House to STPS Raw Water Pump (Bengal Side) and tit bit regular maintenance of the same by engaging of 2 nos Agreemental-A workmen and they must report to the office for giving information about pipe lines, drain valves, air release valves etc. (Payment will be made on the basis of attendance actually maintained) [As per wage sheet w.e.f. dated 01.01.2025] [2 x 624 mandays = 1248 mandays] (For 'Wage Estimate' details w.e.f. date:01.01.2025, please see NIT for 2 nos. Agreemental-A[RATE-I] workers) NOTE: The agency should not quote this part less than the respective 'Wage' as stipulated in NIT. Unless, the respective bid shall liable to be cancelled.

Non-Agreemental (unskilled)workers for execution as mentioned below: Proper supervision of 3 nos. 600 mm dia CISS pipe line including checking of all valves, chambers, air release valves & other accessories from Old Intake Pump House to STPS Raw Water Pump (Bengal Side) and tit bit regular maintenance of the same by engaging of 1 no Non-Agreemental workmen and they must report to the office for giving information about pipe lines, drain valves, air release valves etc. (Payment will be made on the basis of attendance actually maintained) [As per wage sheet w.e.f. dated 01.01.2025] [1 x 624 mandays = 624 mandays] (For 'Wage Estimate' details w.e.f. date:01.01.2025, please see NIT for 1 nos. Non-Agreemental(unskilled) workers) NOTE: The agency should not quote this part less than the respective 'Wage' as stipulated in NIT. Unless, the respective bid shall liable to be cancelled.

Filling in foundation or plinth by fine sand in layers not exceeding 150mm as directed and consolidating the same by thorough saturation with water ramming complete including the cost of supply of sand.(Payment to be made on measurement of finished quantity).

Dewatering from trenches, pit or from the chamber by pumping including carrying of pump to work side. ( The rate inclusive of fuel, tools & tackles & labour as required for the job).

Repairing damaged lead caulked joint of 600mm dia CISS Raw water pipeline (including cutting of pipe to requisite length & changing of pipe or fitting of collar etc. if required) coming from intake pump house (Jharkhand) to Raw water pond (STPS, West Bengal) as per direction of EIC including taking out lead from the joint, recasting and hammering the same with additional lead and lead wool as well as successful recommissioning of the pipeline. [The rate includes cost of operation of gate valve & drain valve before and after repairing work, Earthwork in excavation if required before leakage repairing work & earth filling after leakage repairing, Supply of Lead material, Spun yarn and fuel etc. in all complete to make the lead joint in all respect including transportion of the materials. Agency have to be arrange all tools & tackles required to make the Lead joint such as kodai, Hata, Bucket, Chisel, Hammer etc. in all respect] (The rate is exclusive cost of pipe & collar only and all others material required to complete the lead joint have to be arranged by the agency at his own cost).

Rectification of leakage of existing 600mm dia MS pipe line on or above ground level (up to any height) by cutting, welding etc. complete as per direction of EIC as well as successful recommissioning of the pipeline. The rate includes all labours, transportation & hire charges of all tools, tackles& machinery and all consumables like welding rod, gas etc. including the cost plates of required thickness for leakage welding ( excluding the cost of pipe if required) i) For No. of leakage repairing one (01) in a provided permit/order.

Rectification of leakage of existing 600mm dia MS pipe line on or above ground level (up to any height) by cutting, welding etc. complete as per direction of EIC as well as successful recommissioning of the pipeline. The rate includes all labours, transportation & hire charges of all tools, tackles& machinery and all consumables like welding rod, gas etc. including the cost plates of required thickness for leakage welding ( excluding the cost of pipe if required). i) Extra rate for each additional leakage repairing over the rate of single(one) repairing in a provided permit/order.

Cleaning & removing the silt and debris etc. from the valve chamber on 600 mm dia CISS pipe line in complete as & when required as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Servicing, cleaning and replacing the accessories of air release valve on 600 mm dia CISS pipe line including closing & opening of the valves in complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning all sorts of jungle, shrubs, Small plants up to dia 10 cm by cutting or uprooting as required and removing the same as directed by E.I.C.

Supplying of grease & greasing of spindle of 600mm dia Gate valve with Industrial grease including smoothening thoroughly using grease @ 100 grams for each spindle. [Rate is including cost of grease].

Supplying , fitting & fixing of Bolts, nuts & washers of desired size & quality (ISI marked & as per approved brand by EIC).

Supplying , fitting & fixing of air release valve ball (ISI marked as per approved brand by EIC).

Supplying , fitting & fixing of Rubber gasket with washer (ISI marked as per approved brand by EIC).

Supplying , fitting & fixing of Gland packing (ISI marked as per approved brand by EIC).

EXPENDITURE LIMIT upto an amount of Rs.50000/- i.r.o. supplying of tools & tackles & materials (say collar for joining two CISS pipe as per requirement, drain valve, air release valve etc. on emergency basis) not covered in above items but may be required during execution of work or required for smooth uninteruptedly supply of water as per direction of EIC. (Payment will be made 'AT ACTUAL' without incurrung any profit on the basis of submission of original challan, voucher, cash memo, tax invoice etc. as per direction of EIC)

Engagement of JCB/Hydra for rectification of the leakage of 600 mm dia pipe line from Old Intake Bhojudih to Raw Water Pump House,STPS. Rate includes JCB/Hydra operator charge, fuel charge and all other charges related to operation of the machine etc.
