REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF RUSTED WATER SUPPLY PIPE LINE CI DI GI INCLUDING LINE FITTINGS ALONGWITH FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEM FIRE HYDRANTS IN DOMESTIC AREA AND TECH AREA AT AIRFORCE STN NALIYA

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 M wide and not exc 1.5 M in depth for pipe line, etc in soft / loose soil getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 Cm thick soft / loose soil all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (Soils) from site to a distance not exc 50 M away and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5mtr above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

Surface Excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep averaging 15 cm deep for cleaning the area by cutting the unwanted bushes/vegitation growth in and around the area of installation/around the valve pit chamber/along the pipe line routes if reqd etc and getting out soft/loose soil, all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, Laying, jointing, testing and commmisioning of DI Pipe 100 mm bore as per IS 8329, class K-7 with inside cement mortar lining with spigot and socket ends laid in trenches icnluding taking up/down (including all fittings) with spigot & socket ends and lead/tyton joints including burning out lead joints and recovering lead complete all as specified and as directed. Note : - Joints shall be measured and paid separetely umder relevant item.

Material and labour for painting to existing surcface by using spray gun with one coat of red oxide and two coat of synthetic enamel paints on existing suction/ delivery pipe lines, including Headers of any size using Blue/Red/Black colour as per site requirement ,of make Burger/Asian/Nerolac of first quality , all as specified and directed.

M&L for high density polythne pipes of size 110 mm (HDPE) of pressure rating 10 kgf/ cm2 (PE-80) laid in to borewell as column pipe or in surface etc, complete including all accessories and jointing materials complete including Taking down old GI column pipe of 100 mm all as specified and directed.

S&F Pressure gauge 4 " dail 0-14 Kgs/Cm2 rating all as specified and directed at Engr-in charge.

Jointing of HDPE pipe of 110 mm bore duly heated on ends of HDPE pipe in built with socketed end, flanges, incl nut & bolts and washers etc required at site all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for drilling and tapping cast iron water mains (in position ) for branch connections of 15 mm bore, all as specified and directed.

Labour only for excavation muddy soil from pipe line leaked area upto desired depth fixing clamp/CT joint/Lead Joint /new pipe/fittings of required type and size of pipe line , againg stopping of leakage and checking of any leakage and returning filling of soil for 40 mm bore GI pipe line complete all as specified and as directed . Note :- Joint/Pipe will be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Taking down old unserviceable and Supply and fixing cotton synthentic fabric circular woven jacketted rubberised fabric fire hose RRL 15 Mtrs long with coupling Stainless Steel 63 mm size male and female instantenous type complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Old material shall be deposited to MES store yard.

S&F in repair single out let 63mm dia gun metal hydrant valve with coupling and chain confirming to IS:5290 complete with nut, bolt, washers and rubber gasket etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair 2 way fire brigade hydrant (ISI marked) including nut, bolt washer and rubber gasket etc complete all as specified & directed.
