Out sourcing of management and operation for HT 11 KV Electric supply at Main Receiving Station (MRS) including HT 11 KV line, VCB, GODs, 100 KVA Transformer, lightning arresters, dropout fuse units, LT distribution panel, 100 KVA DG set, etc and receiving complaints of break down/no light and detailing the person for their rectification (under item No 2 & 3 below) by providing 01 electrician for round the clock for 3 shift of 08 hrs duration i.e. 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs, 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs & 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs including Sundays & holidays all as specified and as direted by Engineer-in-Charge. (Location : MRS 11 KV MES Grid near GE (A) Gandhinagar office)

Out sourcing of management and operation at Military Station Gandhinagar for attending breakdown and maintaining the HT 11 KV Electric supply of OH line/UG tranmission system, GODs, distribution Transformers 11KV/440V, lightning arresters, dropout fuse units, LT distribution panel, rectifying the complaints of break down/No light etc. by providing 01 electrician for 3 shift of 08 hrs duration i.e. 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs, 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs & 2200 hrs to 0600 in a day including Sundays and holidays complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Inf Bn No 1, Inf Bn No 2 etc).

Out sourcing of management and operation at Military Station Gandhinagar for attending/receiving complaints of breakdown/no light and detailing the person for their rectification and maintaining the HT 11 KV Electric supply of OH line/UG tranmission system GODs, distribution Transformers 11 KV/440V, lightning arresters, dropout fuse units, LT distribution panel, rectifying the complaints of break down/No light etc, by providing 01 electrician for 2 shift of 08 hrs each i.e. 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs and 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs in a day including Sundays and holidays complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Inf Bn No 3/Units and connected are etc.)

Rate required to be quoted for executing for executing the work as described in Serial No. 1.00 to 3.00 Here-in-before :-

Worker's wages (Basic) per person as per latest MOL & E Rates/Existing rules.

Employees Provident Fund (EPF) as mentioned in the tender documents.

Employees State Insurance Contribution (ESIC) as mentioned in the tender documents.

Contribution of Bonus as mentioned in the tender documents.

Over Head & Profit on Serial No. 4.01 to 4.04.

Labour Welfare Cess (LWC) as mentined in the tender documents.

GST as mentioned in the tender documents.

Notes : for Item Nos. 4.01 to 4.07 above:- The Bidders are requested to please refer Sch 'A' (BOQ) Notes on Srl Page No. 15 & 16 of Tender Docs before quoting the rates for above items. The bidders are requested to refer the E-in-C's Policy vide letter No. 66546/Manual/M&O Tender/64/E8 dated 20 Aug 2020 before quoting the rates.

Notes : for Item Nos. 01 to 05 above:- (i) Neatness and tidiness of the installation is contractors responsibility. (ii) Rates quoted are deem to included expendable nature stores like - PVC insulation tape, fuse wire etc. (iii) Electrical measuring instruments and T&P shall be made available for testing and maintenance as and when required. (iv) Charts & posters concerning safety be displayed. (v) Emergency light be provided to the operator. (vi) Porviding and maintains daily log sheet. (vii) If the electrician remains absent and the contractor does not make any alternate arrangement, recovery on account of absence Rs. 850/- for electrician will be made for one shift duty of 8 hours. (viii) Outsourcing shall be done only be qualified/expercience persons. The trained treadsman should have minimum 3 years work experience or shall be ITI trained.
