Rates for SITC of Energy Efficient Centrifugal Pumpsets at MPS Dev Nagar, IPS 1st Chopriyali, IPS 2nd Sabli and IPS 3rd Pant Nagar Pumping Stations under Ranichouri Pumping W/s Scheme, Distt. Tehri Garhwal.

Providing and supply of Energy Efficient Centrifugal pump with discharge capacity 660 LPM, Head 330 mtr., RPM 2900 with the following specifications:- Suction Casing materials – CI, Casing – WCB, Stage Casing – CI, Impeller – Bronze, Shaft & Sleeve – SS-410

Providing and supply of Energy Efficient Motor (IE3) with rating suitable for above pump.

Supply of Control Panel cum starter suitable for above pumpset. MS Steel fabricated cubical type dust & vermin proof, floor mounted with front door 14 SWG and remain 16 SWG, rubber chord lining to prevent dust and moisture duly painted of super enameled gray paint of reputed make with provisions of ventilator on the side of the wings, cable entry holes for cable entry holes for cable for incoming and outgoing with internal wiring in copper wire with copper bus bars (3 Phase + 1 neutral) of suitable capacity having specification as under (as per IE rules)

Supply of Valves as per below for (I) Dev Nagar pumping station, (II) Chopriyali pumping station, (III) Sabli pumping station & (IV) Pant Nagar pumping station: a) 150 mm CI sluice valves, class 150 or as compatible to above pumpset, on suction side.

b) 100 mm cast steel sluice valves, class 600 or as compatible to above pumpset.

c) 100 mm cast steel non return valve, class 600 or as compatible to above pumpset, on delivery size.

Fixing of above valves including making Tee, bend, reducer and enlarge by welding for suction and delivery side both as per requirement of side and piping condition, including pipe, labour, material, T&P etc. complete in all respect.

S/F of Pressure gauge 100 mm dial size of 0-100 kg/cm2 or as compatible to above pumpset.

Supply of MS Channel fabricated heavy duty base frame suitable for pump and motor including foundation bolt.

Supply of pin bush type coupling and coupling guard.

Cartage of heavy duty materials like pump motor, starter panel to the site of work by pulling and pushing method up to stage as below. A) MPS Dev Nagar

b) IPS 1st Chopriyali

c) IPS 2nd Sabli

d) IPS 3rd Pant Nagar

Dismantling of existing pumping plants and Accessories:- Dismantling and removing of existing pump set and valves etc. and making of new foundation according to the new pumpset & handing over the same to the department as per the direction of Engineer incharge.

Supply of copper conductor flat submersible cable 50 mm2, 3 core 1100 volts as per IS: 694.

Supply of Coupling and guard

EARTHING (For MPS Dev Nagar and IPS 1st Bhandar Gaon Pumping Stations) Double Loop earthing of all electrical equipments (such as motor, starter, panel & transformer etc.) I/C supply of copper earth strips, copper earth plates, GI boxes, funnel, pipe etc. as required as per latest IE rules will be carried out by the contractor, I/C digging of pits, filling of charcoal and salt in pits complete in all respects (As per IE rules) detailed as below – I) For Control panel II) For Transformer

Installation, commissioning & testing of complete pump plant including all valves (1Set).
