Taking down of cement plaster from surfaces of wall of any description including raking out joints, hacking out for key, scrubbing down with water etc including removing debris out side MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 mixed with water proofing compound @ 3 % by weight of cement on brick or concrete wall surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) WPC shall be measured and paid for separately. (ii) The quoted rates of items deemed to be including the provision of scaffolding and all safety arrangements

Material and labour for 5 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces as in ceiling, finished even and smooth without extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The quoted rates of items deemed to be include the provision of scaffolding and all safety arragements

Supply only Integral Water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for preparation of new surfaces of walls, soffits of chajjah of any description and any position and applying two or more coats of 100 % premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alakli & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 Sqm over existing surfaces of wall (in approved camouflaged pattern as directed) etc complete specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment with brooming down or steel wire brushing and preparation of existing surfaces and applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over existing surfaces of wall (in approved camouflaged pattern as directed) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated/undecorated surfaces of walls, soffits of chajjah of any description and at any position and applying one coat of 100 % acrylic anti fungal paint as approved camouflage pattern, exterior grade, complete including necessary scaffolding arrangement for carrying out the work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted surfaces of steel of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cutting and widening existing cracks not exceeding 1 cm in girth to 'V' section in existing walls. cleaning out, wetting including pressure grouting(using suitable pneumatic pressure grouting equipment) with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity not exceeding 250 litres, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Cleaning repairing, etc. measured separately.

Taking down PVC/CI pipe jointed in cement mortar taking out of wall and eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern) and including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks etc. including clearing or refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Length of pipe will be measured as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories.

Supply and fix 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber rings joints laid in trenches or fixed to wall complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 75 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber rings joints laid in trenches or fixed to wall complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) bends of any radius with access door complete all as specified and directed.
