SCHEDULE `A' PART-XIV MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS OF WORK (Note for items 14.01 to 14.22. The contractor shall quote his rate for each of these items separately. The estimated rate is left blank since the same is not prepriced by MES)

M & L for double wall corrugated HDPE 150mm dia SN4 conforming to IS-16098 (Pt-II) single socketed in any length laid in trenches or in floors etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for boring, drilling, threading and tapping on existing GI mains of size 32 mm to 150 mm bore for connecting 25 mm bore pipe by fixing on clamp made out of MS flat iron of size 40 x 3 mm made to required shape & size with GI socket duly welded, nut & bolts etc. complete all as specified.

M&L for Concrete bed to 600mm dia & above drain pipes in cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate including packing under, and completely surrounding pipes with concrete after they are laid and tested complete specificaly for pipes under road payments or crossings etc

Taking out unserviceable copper strip for roof/down conductor above ground including test point all as directed.

Taking out unserviceable LT/HT cables from excavated trenches, ducts, wall, pole etc including removing cable covers, sand, cable joints, pipes, clamps etc, taking out old serviceable cables, cable covers, etc for reuse and removing unserviceable cables, covers etc, for the size of LT cable upto 70 Sqmm, 3.5 core

All as per item No.14.05 above but of size upto 50 Sqmm, 3.5 core

M & L for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by necessary machine or by hand including HDPE pipe of 100 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure all as specified and directed by EIC.

Taking down existing LT pannel and dismantling MCCB, Busbar, Wires, voltmeter, ammeter and shifted to E/M Store for taking into credit all as Specified.

M & L for heavy duty non metalic FRLS uPVC conduit, ISI marked, not less than 50 mm dia of thickness 1.8 mm concealed in wall, roof, etc, with all connected fittings like elbow, tee,junction box all as directed by Eng In Charge.

Supply, install & testing air cooled split unit Air Conditioner 100% Copper condenser & copper evaporator electric driven single Phase of capacity of 2 TR indoor & outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built air ioniser and Plasma filter for better indoor air quality with 5 star rating (as per 2019 BEE rating) including MS stand for outdoor unit, suction and delivery line copper material of suitable length as per site requirement complete including flexible copper cable 3 core 2.5 Sqmm (appx 2M), PVC drain pipe 20mm dia (approx 3 RM) of including making holes to existing wall to draw cable and pipes to connect the indoor unit to the out door unit including provision of extra copper tubing/ hoses etc and making good the disturbed surfaces all as specified anf directed by Engineer In Charge. Make: LG/Sumsung/Videocon/Blue Star/Carrier/Voltas

All as per item No.14.11 above but 1.5 TR capacity

S & F voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, wall mounted type single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 V to 260 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with low and high cutoff facility including under and over current protection with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of capacity 5 KVA.

All as per item No.14.13 above but 4 KVA capacity

S & F sub main wiring with two runs (two runs measured as one run) of PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLSH cable 650/1100 Volts grade, conforming to IS-1536-1977 multi-stranded 6 Sqmm single core size copper conductor drawn through and including PVC conduit with accessories and 6 Sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLSH cable 1100 volts grade, ISI marked earth continuity wire complete all as specified and directed. Note : Two runs of conductor with one run of earth wire and one run of conduit will be measured and paid as one unit

Taking down sub main wiring any size of two single core Aluminium/Copper conductor cable PVC insulated along with/ without conduit and accessories and removing from site of work making good the disturbed surfaces of wall and floor/ceiling etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down main switch/DB's including MCB's with board and fixture of any description and making good disturbed surface of walls etc complete.

S&F double door Sheet metal enclosures factory made Vertical DBs with 125 amps MCCB of 35 KA protection class IP-43, suitable for fixing of MCBs, isolators etc, confirming to IS 13032 triple pole and neutral 4 ways with 200 Amp rated bus bar 415 volts powder coated painted all as specified.

M&L for Submain wiring with 02 runs of 10 Sqmm and one run of 10 Sqmm as earth continuity, 1100 V grade PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLSH grade copper conductor cable signle core, pvc insulated, multistranded ISI marked (IS-694) drawn through and including 25 mm PVC rigid conduit heavy grade IS1 marked (IS-9537, Part-Ill) including accessories such as bends, supports etc all as specified. Note : All runs of main cable and earth cable and one run of conduit/casing caping shall be measured as one unit

S&F Building LED Building Security light luminaire LED 25 W,IP66 with pressure die cast aluminium alloy housing (heat sink),high efficiency polycarbonate UV stablized cover with integrated lens ,Lumen effieiency of LED >140 Im/VV, isolated LED driver and internal connection including bracket made of 32 mm dia GI ppe light grade fixed with MS Clamp of suitable size grouted on wall with suitable nos of screws complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for two coats of exterior emulsion paint over a coat of primer incl preparation of surfaces
