Taking down ceiling fan/ Exhaust fan/ wall mounted fan/ pedestal fan of any make and sweep, cleaning externally and internally. Stripping out the fans, examine the unserviceable spares/ burnt winding by testing, cleaning and lubricating bush/ bearings. Refixing the fans in same position after necessary repairs/ servicing including carrying out the replacement of worn out parts, body covers, screws, spilt pins nuts condenser from ceiling fan to ceiling rose etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Removing defective winding and rewinding with new super enamelled copper wire of existing gauge and weight as per manufactures design and instructions including insulating materials and varnishing of ceiling fans of size 1200/ 1400mm sweep of any make and re-assembling testing complete and refixing to the location including replacement of flexible copper wire from ceiling rose to ceiling fan all as directed and specified Note:- Signature of occupants of the bldg/qtr from where, the fan removed shall be obtained by contractor and will be provided while claiming the payments. A register shall be maintained for this purpose.

All as per Item No. 02 above but exhaust fan of size 300/ 380mm sweep.

All as per Item No. 02 above but exhaust fan of size 400/ 450mm sweep.

All as per Item No. 02 above but pedestal/ air circulator fan of size 400/ 450 mm sweep. Note for Serial Item No. 01 to 05:- (a) Replacement of unserviceable/ defective spare parts/ copper wire shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of BOQ as "supply only". (b) The labour charges for fixing serviceable items and new replaced items are deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the tenderer for above items. (c) All retrieved unserviceable items obtained from dismantling shall be given to the contractor under relevant item of 'Schedule of Credit'.

Supply only following spare parts of ceiling fan of 1200mm/ 1400mm sweep. Note:- The make of spare parts shall be same as that of existing fans at site complete all as specified and as directed.

Rubber bush for shackle with bolt, nut, washers and lock pin suitable for Ceiling fan 1200mm/ 1400mm sweep.

Ball bearing of size No. 6201/6202/ 6203 suitable for ceiling fan / exhaust fan complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair condenser (capacitor) 3.15/ 2.5 MFD, 440 Volts, AC, 50 Hz as per IS : 1709 suitable for ceiling fan 1200/ 1400mm sweep complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair condenser 4 MFD, 440 Volts, AC, 50 Hz as per IS : 1709 suitable for exhaust fan 300/ 380/ 450 mm sweep complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair Three core 0.5 sqmm flexible multi stranded copper wire for connecting ceiling fan/ exhaust fan/ wall fan to ceiling rose all as specified and as directed.

M&L Preparation of Ceiling fan surface by scraping of old paint and painting the ceiling fan, blade, down rod etc with synthetic enamel paint of existing colour (white/brown) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Preparation of Exhaust fan surface by scraping of old paint and painting the exhaust fan, blade, frame, etc with synthetic enamel paint of existing colour (white/brown) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Fan Blade (Set of 3) suitable for ceiling fans of 1200 mm sweep of colour White/ brown complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in repair for heater element of 1.5 kw suitable for geyser of capacity 15 to 25 Ltr as per existing model complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repair/ replacement of Thermostat suitable for geyser of capacity 15 to 25 Ltr as per existing model complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Numbering on Ceiling fan/ exhaust fan/ wall fan etc with synthetic enamel paint of specified colour of font size not more than 2 cm, not more than 8 letters complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement 20 mm dia galvanised or stove enamelled screwed steel conduit of length n.exc 1.2 mtr with back plate, check nuts, lock pin, etc for fixing the ceiling fan at high roof/ false ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.
