Taking down copper/aluminum point wiring such as light, fan, socket or power complete and including fitting and fixture such as switches, socket, ceiling rose, pendent, regulators, light fittings, etc complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- Job includes for taking out old gutties,screws,nails,casing caping/conduit etc and making good the disturbed surface of wall,floor etc including to match with the existing surface

M & L for point wiring with 1.5 sq mm FRLS single core PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 V grade multistranded copper conductor drawn through PVC casing and capping with all accessories fixed to wall / roofs ceiling etc and including provision of 1.5 sq mm FRLS single core PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 V grade multistranded copper conductor as earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly including PVC box ISI marked of suitable size for mounting the switches, socket outlets, fan regulators etc complete all as specified and as directed for One light / Fan point controlled by one switch.

All as per item No. 2 above but One socket 3 pin outlet 5 amp on independent board.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized GI earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6.00 mm, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nut and galvanized iron or steel including earth work in any type of soil, charcoal salt 15 cm around the earth plate as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part1991,20 mm dia watering pipe medium grade 1.50 mtr long GI protection pipe light grade 15 mm dia from earth pit to main board (NOTE:- maximum length of GI protection pipe with each earth shall not be less than 7.5 mtrs) including necessary excavation, RFR, Removal with, providing RCC 1:2:4 type B1 with 40mm thick RCC cover with 6mm dia MS rods as in reinforcement at 150mm c/c both ways including testing on completion.

Checking and attending complaints by means of repairing / rectifying the electric defects / faults related to elctrical equipments,devices,accessories and fixtures maintained by MES .Tightening the loose connections complete all as specified and as directed. Note : 1 The electrician deployed by the contractor shall have ITI / 05 years experience certificate in concerned trade. Helper deployed shall be min 8th pass with minimum 03 years experience in relevant trade. 2. Item to be replaced under this item shall be under contractors supply under respective items of this schedule. 3. Minor items such as PVC wire of any size as per requirement up to 1.0m length,thimble,electric tape etc shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of this item. 4.The complaints shall be attended & defects shall be rectified within 08 hrs commencing from date and time notified in the complaint slip failing which a penalty @ Rs.20 per complaint per day shall be leivied / imposed on the contractor and recovery shall be made from his dues. 5. Contracror shall arrange suitable T&P including necessary from work and scoffolding and safety measures to make it functional complete all as specified and as directed. 6. Contractor or his representative shall report daily at complaint cell for collection of complaints from the concerned JE's incharge,in case after checking & attending the defects, if it is fount not possible to rectfy the defects within 08 hrs, the facts shall be brought to the notice of Engeer in charge by the contractor / his representative immediately. If Engr -in -chargr is satisfied with contractor's view, no recovery shall be made on this account.
