Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achievethe desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
Construction of dry lean cement concrete sub base over a prepared subgrade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS:383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per specifications, cement content not to be less than 150 Kg/cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, for all leads & lifts, laid with a mechanical paver, compacting with 8-10 tonne vibratory roller, finishing and curing etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.
Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and laying C.C. pavement of mix M-25 with ready mixed concrete from batching plant. The ready mixed concrete shall be laid and finished with screed board vibrator , vacuum dewatering process and finally finished by floating, brooming with wire brush etc. complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. (The panel shuttering work shall be paid for separately). (Note:- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum. Excess/less cement used as per design mix is payable/ recoverable separately).

Provision of one no of partition wall with partially glass door of frame size 1000 mm(w) x 2000 & locking arrangment and provision of one no door of frame size 1000mm (w) x 2000 mmm (h) with locking facility at the shorter side wall with a provision of 3 nos. 100 mm dia, holes on wall for passing AC conduit and one no of 150mm dia. holes for electrical cable and one no of 250 mm dia for NAV AID cable etc The cost of the hut is inclusive of design, vetting of design by Govt. Engg. College, fabrication , transportation and commissioning of the hut at the proposed site as per drawing and speification over cement concrete platform (Cement Concrete platform shall be provided by AAI). The exterior of the hut shall be provided with design of white and red squares (2 feet x 2 feet ) and as per direction of E-I-C. College, fabrication , transportation and commissioning of the hut at the proposed site as per drawing and speification over cement concrete platform (c.C platform shall be provided by AAI).
